ever since feb3rd when i try to claim the posts you post it does not give me the amount of chips tickets etc that i should get i sent in a message to support and they tried to tell me i was on a mobile device im not im on my home laptop when i sent them another note they tried telling me i have 2 accounts i dont i only play on my laptop at home on facebook.my player id # is [protected] there is a total of 13 posts that did not get credited to my account i have a list if u want it from the 3rd of feb to the 7 th of feb i keep track of what amount i start and end with each day please credit these to my account and figure out why your computer cant send them like it should thank you
please add the boosts chips coins lottery tickets xp boostsetc that should have been put on my account
Here is my profile on huuge. Seriously unfair.
Very disappointed today. I had 45 gold tickets and only received 4 main puzzles. 2 silver and two bronze. From that 2b I had, I played without any success. Its like huuge has stopped giving chips on the slots, or set the machines to eat chips only with no wins. I've now spent the 2b and won nothing, back to zero again. I cannot receive chips from colleagues because you have taken that feature away as well. GAMES ARE SUPPOSE TO BE FUN AND ENJOYABLE. IT'S NOT REAL MONEY SO WHY AREN'T YOU ALLOWING US TO HAVE FUN AND BE HAPPY AT THE END OF PLAYING, NOT UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED.
It's fun to play, but I wish you would put card games back into the events.
