hutshop.com / Charging for item then cancelling days later before shipping

Company (Hutshop) advertises that an item is in stock on 5/9. Company charges customer credit card before shipping product and charge shows on customers card on 5/10. Company shows order in processing for two day and then at the end of second day cancels the order and send email to customer that item no longer available and that the customers card will reflect a credit in 3 0r 4 days. Hutshop is accepting orders for product that they do not have and charging customers without waiting to ship product. Bad business practice.
