I bought the hu80220 less than a year ago. Used once last summer, and it worked okay - a little "placticky" for one of their supposed "better" consumer grade machines. I followed all instructions supplied with the unit on winterizations, still I have two broken parts from freezing - the worst part is I have now made more than eight phone calls over the course of three days trying to get replacement parts and every person I get at husky redirects me to another number - one of which is for ryobi - frustrating that they are taking low end ryobi tools and selling them as "husky" which I have mistakenly thought to be a good brand. I finally got someone yesterday who said she couldnt sell me anyhting short of an entire pump or entire wand but she would e mail me a schematic so I could have the part numbers I need and that she would also e mail me "the correct phone number to call" - this had me laughing since I had been given "the right number to call" six times now. She never sent the email - none of the representatives I talk to seem to care - I have wasted more than the pressure washer costs in time trying to fix this piece of junk. My last ditch effort is taking it to the store I bought it from tonight (won't be holding my breath). I will never buy a husky product again. The whole experience has been frustrating and the level of customer service I have received from the people at husky has been ridiculously poor, disappointing and pathetic.

I own a huskey 1650 powerwash that requires replacement of faulty parts (gun hose assembly, quick connect fitting). An email was sent to Huskey 9/26/07 for the parts order and payment. I have contacted them via email many times, as they provided a tracking number that is not recognized by the shipping service. As of this date the parts have not been received. Is there any recourse that I may have with this matter to be resolved.

Plz advise smb!

I place an order for parts for my husky power washer from this website. http://huskypowerwasher.com/store/husky1650.html if you go to this website you will note that the site represents itself as husky power washer, manufacturer. it no ware says it sells as a representative of husky. the reason for this notice is that I placed an order, but when I received it had increase the prices on the three items ordered from the web site by $24.94 + an increase in taxes over what the website cost was shown. I attempted to contact for a credit between my order and what I was billed and after nearly 45 minutes was told that I could return the items for credit paying the freight and restocking of 25% which when calculated make the original order less than the restocking, so I have kept the order. however, I argued that this was shown at the husky manufacturing site and not a re-manufactured item. non of which is stated. be very weary of this site in fact I had originally thought to order on line, but bit defender cautioned that the site was not secure.

Purchased the H2000 at Home Depot in Flower Mound, Texas a couple of years ago and have used it 3 times, the 3rd one being the charm. It worked great the first two times, but the second time was a great disappointment. Water was leaking from what appears to be an opening on top of the motor? That said, there was no pressure coming out at all, it was all going out the opening on top of the motor. So...my solution was to take it back to Home Depot as I have been a card holder for years and I thought for sure they would do all they could to help. Well...their solution was to consider junking it as they no longer sold that model and it would cost me a minimum of $100.00 to get it fixed and not recommended as the other newer models were running about $150.

That after having used it only 3 times! My power washer still looks brand new and that is because it hardly ever got used. I tried to see if I could fix it by buying the parts, but why? To have the same issue? Should have spent more money and purchased Briggs & Stratton product.

I purchased a husky powerwasher 1750 psi. When we tried to hook it up the gun would not function it leaked. You sent us another one now that one leaks. I bought this because I thought it would be easy for a woman to use. It Is. But to continually have to buy a new gun because it leaks thru the plastic is poor workmanship. I bought this to save money not spend it

Hi, Marv.
I do apologize for the disappointment with the product leaking & that the unit would need to be serviced. I just called the manufacturer's tech support team to explain the problem and ask if this sounded like something that truly warranted a service on the item or if maybe there was a part you could purchase & replace yourself simply that would resolve the issue. I was hoping it would be the latter, but I was advised that water leaking out can be an indicator the unit was improperly stored during the off season. If it wasn't properly stored, the seals may have frozen/cracked then caused the leak & she stated they would have to be serviced to get repaired. :(
She did advise that there is a product called Pump Guard which is a foam you can put it in at the end of season after you drain the unit, and the foam protects all the pipes from breakage. Just FYI in case you do opt to purchase another. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience with the product, but we appreciate your feedback.
