Hunt Club Apartments / Bad service

My June electric bill was 316.00. My July bill was 500.00. I have a 850 sq ft apt with washer and dryer and I keep my a/c on 78. At my other apt in Grapevine, my electric bill was never over 175.00 and it was a 900 sq ft apt with washer and dryer and the same people, same rountine, etc... I called the electric company (Simple Power) to come out. They had Oncor come and reread my meter and they said it was right. I called again to tell them that there is no way that my bill is THAT high. They told me to call the apts and tell them to check my a/c. I called the office and they came to check the outside stuff only. I called the electric company again and they said there was nothing they could do, that I need to call the apt office again and have them check my appliances. Like I said I have NEVER payed over 175.00. I use the spiral light bulbs and live downstairs. I don't understand this. I can not pay this bill. I am on a fixed income and I know there is something wrong.

Do you know who I can talk to about someone coming out to look at everything to see why my bill is so high?

I also have problems with the apts not fixing other things. I still don't have a bathroom drawer from when I moved in 3 months ago and my garbage disposal doesn't work. It always takes a week or so for maintence to get here. The office staff does not care about their residence!
