On a number of occasions I've attended the drive thru at Hungary jacks wangaratta, and everytime I've had to wait between 10 minutes up to half an hour for my order, that's with no customers in the restaurant area and no one in the drive thru and all the times I've never being giving an total amount of my order, they informed me it would be a wait on the chicken fries but not half an hr

i visit tonight at Hungry Jack's store at jesmond, way of talking of lady manager was not good. i ask for supper stunner with swap chicken patty to veggie patty but she was unable to do that, but i usually visit there or some other stores they give me little bit extra charges..everyone should know this how you can change this meal for vegetarian person, if you can't swap the things then why other manager does? every time i feel bad when they did not understand, though last night i was very hungry . But i just left empty.

I am VERY Disappointed as I am a valued customer.

My husband and myself went to Hungry Jacks in Logan Queensland on the 16th September 2018 as we were heading to the Gold Coast

We ordered 2 of the new Bacon Cheese Chicken Schnitzels.

What a major disappointment we received when we opened our meal

The bread was totally squashed and very uninviting, the lettuce was limp and very wet

I am sorry but we threw our meals in the bin

I have been watching your add you present on television and it looks awesome but in actual fact your meal was pathetic.

Your advertised meal did not even resemble the pic of this fresh and full of green lettuce leaves instead it was totally squashed

Your advert in the store did not even suggest that it comes toasted

I have attached the pics and have a good look at them would YOU eat that?

Can you please give me some feedback on this incident and reimbursement but also how do you intend to resolve this to other customers

I've been into Hungry jacks kambah multiple times and every time I go in, I end up seeing something very disturbing. The manager Sandeep is extremely rude to his staff, almost bringing them to tears right in front of customers. I've also seen him be rude to customers, telling them they are in the wrong when he's misheard their requests.
The last and final time I went in I saw a member of the staff (chiraag, I think his name was.) lick part of a lava cake before giving it to a customer. That was when I decided to never come back. The service there is just disgraceful and is in desperate need of new management.

On Sunday we travelled to Hungry Jacks Port Kennedy Western Australia at approximatley 12pm and went though the Drive though ordering department We ordered Seven (7) Whopper Hunger Tamers two with Strawberry Shakes, Two with Diet Coke and One with Coke. We paid cash and then Continued our Journey to Rockingham Beachfront to Join our Family who we had purchased the meals for. our horror when we opened the bags that they contained seven cheesburgers and seven fries, No whoppers, no nuggets. When we reported it to the store we were told to return ( a journey of 20 mins to get there and 20 mins back) we were then informed that because it was busy they had problems with a mixed order.
The girl then informed me it was either that or complain which i am now.

One of favourite burgers in the 70's -90's Hungry jacks just isn't what used to be, everything pre-cooked and then assembled as ordered then microwaved. On the 21/09/2018 at 1.02 pm I went thru Ingle farm hungry jacks to order a meal, I ordered ultimate double whooper, large chips, and bacon deluxe costing $21.00 my order number is 293. As I started eating my burger my third bite I notice a green spot on my burger close inspection I notice more over the roll and it was mould.

On my way To work I entered hungry Jacks on Mulgul Road Jamison town. I ordered the mill and I upgraded and paid $1.54 loaded fries when I receive the mail it was very very little chips and a sprinkle of sauce I have to say that's very disappointing and I would not classify that as being an upgrade to manager was very rude turned his head around when I was talking to him and was not professional at all he would not add the extra that I asked as he said this is the guidelines on what he should put in a box If that is your size I'm going to pointers I will send a picture and you'll see for yourself but most importantly it was very quiet dead afternoon and the manager was very unprofessional and rude would not go out and be on his way to help or improve the service of your company. I would strongly recommend you look at that

On Thursday the 20th September I purchase from your Belmont store a Cheese Bacon Chicken schnitzel on toasted Turkish again
As from 3 other stores in Newcastle i received a Turkish that has been put in a Sandwich press destroying not only the lettuce but completely flattening the bun
When i asked if i was ordering the wrong item I was told that's how they come!
I asked why the advertising doesn't show them flattened she replied that's how they are do you want it!
You need to amend your advertising to show if that's correct its more like a Toasted Foccacia not a Turkish Roll

Hi i have purchased grilled chicken burger twice in last week and once in this week all the three times it was really overcooked and patty was almost burned we have to throw it out this is really disgraceful once or twice is acceptable but it has been always now. Rude staff. We are paying money to get at least good food to eat not like here it has been a waste of money for us all the times

We are inside the Gold Coast Airport waiting for the boarding.
We decided to have a cup of coffee with a large chips.
Order were place at 1.25pm and finally took 20 minutes for staff to have it ready.
The time is during the weekday, Thursday and not many people inside the airport but still took longer than expected.
The large chips we ordered was only 2/3rd of the cup and the staff insisted it was how it should be.
We can ‘t hardly believe what we saw and believe me this will be our last visit to Hungry Jack's.
We also took photo of the large chip for the evidence.

I purchased tonight four lava cakes n I had a fair drive mind u out and back home only to get home with a dry chocolate cake in a tub, 4 of them no lava nor ice cream, very disappointed as I have purchased before and done properly they are lovely . I don't think this is good enough not or bit . Since hungry jacks has moved to OTR the service and food Is not up to scratch .

I must say I am not one to complain for no reason but I find this situation simply intolerable . I took my son for lunch today as we do most workdays as we are Electricians covering the whole of the Perth metro and we use Hungary jacks as a preferred fast food outlet.
Today we where in Fremantle and used Hungary Jacks on South Terrace, The young lady (Steph) that served us was basically extremely rude unhelpful and quite aggressive, I was taken aback by this insolent attitude, All I was asking for was 4 whoppers, 1 small coke and 1 small coffee . Not only had she got the order wrong 6 or 7 times, after the last time of incorrect ordering I asked if some one else could do the order, She was quite infuriated at this she turned to a colleague (whose name i didn't get but the young Lady's name is Steph) and said to him "you serve these [protected]@nts" The young man was as shocked as we where but covered the situation as much as he could and gathered our meal, The young lady walked past and gave me a filthy look of utter disgust, At this enough was enough and I asked to speak with the manager, she leant in close and spat out just take your f##king meal and F##k off you [protected]@nts. She was so venomous she actually had all the attributes of someone addicted to or coming down off Methamphetamine or Crack Cocaine with her over the top aggressive behaviour, I certainly wouldn't want her handling my food and even more I would not have her as a front for my business, That would be so detrimental to my business it just wouldn't be a consideration. The whole experience was very distressing and thoroughly disappointing, Definitely not up to the usual Hungary Jacks standard.

On Friday night the 14th September 2018 i was on my way home and my wife and my self stopped in at the Darwin store .Ordered a meal and having a look around the store i was speechless .
1. the Rubbish Bin was over flowing .
2. Walking into the dinning area there was rubbish all over the floor, tomato sauce all over the table, a hand bag sitting over one off the chairs, chips and food all over the other tables .
It was disgusting, i went and asked for the manager ( to show him the discussing mess ) and i went back to the only clean table and finished eating .
3. After finishing eating i went back and asked for the manager again and this time he agreed to have a look . Hi name is ISSAC, he had a look agreeing it was a mess and proceeded to tell me that they were busy . I asked him with the health and hygiene laws, as a customer i had to eat my food in his restaurant in this disgusting state . This mess was a disgrace to the brand of hungry jacks and a showed me a total disregard for the health and hygiene .
NOT HAPPY ...

We ordered 2 hunger tamers with whoppers as the burgers. We got angry burgers which has halepinos in them. We were exhausted after a long day at work and just wanted something convenient. The receipt clearly has whoppers on them. The fries were inedible as they were saturated in salt. It's just not on. Wrong orders happen all the time but tonight I've had enough.

Several times l have visited Hungry Jacks store at Watergardens, the Indian Store Manager who never wears a badge so l don't know his name, is always extremely rude and abrupt to the young employees . You can see they are scared and on tender hooks. These kids are 15, 16 years old, he should be setting a good example as its these kids first jobs! Very disappointing!

At approx 6:45pm, 12/9/2019 drove to the Kwinana store to get 3 chocolate lava cakes, was informed buy a female that there were none left. I then expressed my disappointment because this has happened to me previously, and that it shouldn't happen twice, then she rudely told me that she'll give me the number to your warehouse and I can complain to them, I then informed her she was out of line, and that's not how you speak to customers, I placed a different order, I got to the the window and received my order from a different staff member, I noticed a female with headphones on and asked her if she was the one that took my order, then she started shouting at me defending her actions, I started shouting back and informed her, that is not how you deal with customers, she then said she doesn't care, then I told her to [censored] off, all I wanted was a chocolate lava cake, and I get yelled at, what a disgraceful behavior from your staff, so unprofessional

I went to hungry jacks deception bay this morning and ordered 2x cheese burger stunner meals they were fine. I order myself a extra long cheesy bacon roll meal and the 10 nuggets and large chips from the coupons for $5.95 when I got home I was charged for 10 nuggets didn't receive my extra large chips and the chips I did receive were half full and cold, I didn't get sauce to go with my nuggets which was the only reason I had ordered them in the first place. The bacon on the roll I couldn't even chew through it as it was really rubbery..

It has been 3 years since I moved into this area and I am being served by them. I have seen all the staff at this Hungry jacks and tried everything. I am facing a lot of issues since I started buyingfrom Hj.

I have following issues with the management :

1. They never have any shakes, ice cream and Frozen drinks available for 3-4 hours everynight. I always buy same meal which comes with the ICe cream and they always offer me extra fries of drink against my frozen drink or ice cream which is included in meal.

If you guys are not selling ice cream or shakes at particular timins please advise customer by attaching a note at the entrance/DRive thrue so customer don't order at those timings. I always finish my job late night and when ever I visit hungry jacks at Campbellfield. I waste my time . Please fix this ASAP

You sell the fact that your meat is grilled. Which is totally false. I have now had hj three times in the last week all to have each burger under cooked. No grill marks. More microwaved than stuck on a bum. I am deeply saddened by this and feel your selling a false product. I would like an explanation as I think there's legal opinions I could take.

I have a voucher from you
As usual I use it very often, and I am very happy to buy and use my voucher as I have best deals
One day I made the survey as it is shown on the recipe. It says that you get a free small drink and small chips for doing the survey when buy a wooper
I buy with my voucher two wopers and two fries for 5.45
And I ask for the free small drink and small chips and the lady refuses me
Well I must say I felt...like a beggar, which is not the case, if I use a voucher is because I like best deals and saving but I am very proud working person and it felt bad to be rejected and people looking, because behind me were people and the staff too...

My question is were is writing that you can not use a voucher with a survey?
