Hungry Jack's Australia burnt food

Hungry Jacks - High Street, Preston, Victoria, Australia

Ordered the "Mega Meal Deal" and 2 x grilled chicken burgers.
Waited in the drive thru after placing my order for 10 minutes.
Arrived home opened burgers, chicken burgers were burnt to a crisp
Called the Restaurant as I didn't want to drive back out, no answer tried another time, still no answer.

I was not happy with my meal or with the fact no one answered my call. How does the cook think it acceptable to serve such horrible burgers.

Hungry Jack's Australia cleanliness of store

Hungry Jacks Kotara Store NSW Australia, always has a dirty floor. The floor probably gets mopped, but I mean a proper scrub, although today a drink had been spilt and it was all over the floor, with a yellow witches hat sitting in the slops for at least half an hour, whilst people with their head in the sky kept walking through it. What this place needs is a clean when the shop is closed, call in Electro dry or someone like that who scrubs the floors spotless. If the floors are filthy than maybe behind the scenes are filthy. Time to get real Hungry Jacks, seniors should be in charge that can make decisions. Juniors have no idea.

Hungry Jack's Australia I m complaining about the plastic that I got in my burger

So its monday 2:30am and i enter the drive thru of hungry jacks to order two extra long in a voucher with peri peri sauce. They had given me extra long without peri peri sauce, so i had gone again and they replace it with peri peri sauce. The burger was delicious, but finishing the burger i found something in my mouth and that was the plastic, so i went to manager and ask them what the hell is this you are gona kill me..? They replied sorry to hear that but this is a ketup plastic and we are not using ketchup in making and they said i cant do anything..! Is this a answer i was expecting.? What if anything happen to my health..? Who is responsible.?

Hungry Jack's Australia service

I have just spent 25 minutes waiting for my order to be cooked at Hungry Jacks, Marsden in Logan. I was in the drive-thru and then placed in park to wait. After 15 minutes I decided to go in and they literally threw a bag of cold food at me which I refused. I then got asked by 4 seperate people what I had ordered, I then got 1/2 of my order and asked where the rest was. I got home and my paper bag had cold fries, burgers that had come out of the wrappers, also cold and burnt nuggets. I had already had a bad experience there before but thought after 6 months they had gotten better. Absolutely disgusted!

Hungry Jack's Australia service

At your Westfield knox store up stairs in the food court I was not understanding why Chris who I beleive to be the manager was sittimg with people while the other girl working there had to deal with the serving and gathering of the orders. When Chris looked over from time to time and only when it was getting busy woulf he then help. I first noticed him sitting with the ppl from 10am and he is still in and out. It is now 10:32 and he is still traveling between the friends and work. Just thought you would like some feedback. One last thing i would like to add is that the girl working with Chris thus being the 9th June 2017 at 10:37am really needs to understand what customer service is all about. She should smile when greeting a customer but while Chris sits with his friends then i understand why it would be hard for her to smile.

Hungry Jack's Australia about sauce

I'm coming to pacific werribee shopping centre, melbournehungry jacks from last 6 months regularly and there service is not good, sometimes they forget to put patties in burger and sometimes they charge twice for a meal.
I'm really upset from their service and from last three weeks I'm not getting spicy sauce from so long and they always say it's not in stock .
I'm also working in food industry and I know they can't run out of any sauce for sooo long.

Hungry Jack's Australia worst service

On 4 June 2017 Me and my friend went to hungry Jack which is on plenty road at around 9:50PM. When I go inside there is no hi.. hello.. after coming. (First bad impression) Might be crew was in hurry in closing up... I ordered 2 classic xlong chicken and 2 Veggie whopper with voucher deal.. All 4 item asked with extra peri peri sauce. Hence it was closing time crew member asked me that where it is take away or dine-in.. I understand the situation and told them m ok with to take away... Me and my friend were standing in front of the counter where I can see how these guys making order. I was pretty sure the person who was making the Xlong chicken he didn't add Peri peri sauce. Then when I got my order I asked the lady crew that is it with Peri Peri sauce ? Then without checking or asking food prep she confidently said yes it is with peri peri.. (2nd bad impression).. I opened the bag and checked it.. It wasnt with Peri-Peri.. So asked to add it.. Again no sorry word... which was expected.. I thought at least whopper is also with Peri peri but it wasnt.. I came again from parking lot.. It was still 9.57.. But door was locked inside.. I was knocking door but lady ignored though she saw me behind the door. After telling also the manager denied that she dint saw. I really recommend to check the CCTV of this incident and check your service and behaviour to your customers.

Hungry Jack's Australia classic angus large value meal

date of incident 4/6/2017
location: Murray Bridge On the Run Hungry Jacks

ordered a classic Angus burger to get home to not being able to bite into the meat on the burger and had a charcoal taste to it like it had been over cooked and sitting there for quite a while. could not taste that actual beef

I would like a full refund or a free meal to the same value
you ring them and they just dont care.

this is not the first time this has happened and its beginning to make me not want to return to this restaurant
nothing but complaints since they have opened

Dear sir. My grand son brent brock, was recently asked to resign or be dismissed from his position at hungry jacks in glenorchy tasmania, due a small cash shortage in one of the registers, I was reluctant to complain before
Now, as I just passed it off as bad management practice. Brent was using a register, that everybody had access to on the manager's pin code,

He talked to a person today at hungry jack;s today, and they informed him
That he was fired! For stealing money from the register, this a slight on your company, and a case for defamation couldn't be ruled out.

My grandson has an impeccable record of honesty and worked in the united states at wendy's for 6-8 months and during that period brent
Did not have any shortages at all, he was well liked at hungry jacks at glenorchy, tas, and with others having access to his register, I am at a loss
How he could be blamed for any shortages, if this was the case how come
Others hadn't be fired or asked to resign also, it is my guess that brent has been set up for some reason. Brent was always there for them, when staff was short, apart for a couple of days off on sick leave of which he had certificates for, nothing accept a written apology, and a reinstatement of his position would be acceptable,

Hungry Jack's Australia bottled water

After going to hungry Jacks at the Macquarie park shopping centre today and ordering a whopper meal with my daughter I was asked what drink I would like with my meal, as my daughter is only 2 years old I thought bottled water would be the best option. After being told that bottled water wasn't an option I couldn't believe that such a large established company wouldn't serve water at all! I understand eating a burger and chips isn't the most healthy option for lunch but not serving water at all I was quite shocked. Being a product manager myself I know the troubles of putting a product on the shelf that may not sell, but at the end of the day if your biggest competitor mc'donalds is doing it why isn't hungry jacks?
I just believe you could be potentially loosing out on sales because if I'm looking for bottled water with my meal next time I will be going to mc'donalds, it's such a shame you can't serve something as simple as a bottle of water, it seems that mc'donalds seem to be moving with the times were hungry jacks is being left behind, such a shame

Hungry Jack's Australia drive thru service

I can't believe how long you have to wait to be served.the person on the speaker told me "I won't be a moment 3 times which left me sitting there for about 5 minutes before she took my order after already waiting in the drive through for a further 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front.finally when I got to the window to get my order I asked to speak to a manager.i was then approached by a rude and abruptly woman named Rachael who said she was the manager.no wonder that store is the way it is when the manager hasn't got any customer skills what so ever and didn't want to know about what I had to say, she just talked over me, didn't apoligise about anything and just spoke to me like crap and said "im doing the best I can.that store is run by inexperienced staff .it doesn't matter what day or time I go there the service is digusting .i wait there so long that by the time I get my order my ice cream is already melted, since I get the stunner meals quite often.i suggest this manager Rachael needs a refresh on why she works there obviously it's just for the money not for the company or the customers!id like a reply to this complaint if possible so I know that it's taken seriously.

Hungry Jack's Australia children's playground

Myself my mother and 2 year old daughter all dined arvo your establishment in midland at 10:30am we purchased breakfast the food was eatable the tables sticky however my biggest concern was the fact my almost three year old came running over and said oh mummy that's yuck and refused to play this is unlike her to run from temptation of a playground. I went to have a look at was she was disgusted in and to my horror there was bird poo everywhere, there was what only appears to be snit finger prints graffiti ect ect there is no way Thisbe. Play equiptment is fit for children's let alone to be in an eating establishment the risk of disease and food contamination is at an up most high surly this place would be shut down for health reasons alone. I also took photos I am happy to share with you.
Sending this in hope that something will be done. A cleaner should be attending to this daily and should be disenfected daily if that can not be done it should not be there.
If this were my business I'd be horrified.

Hungry Jack's Australia menu items not available, unless I go and buy ingredients

I previously was a regular customer. At the Hungry Jacks, Rising Sun store. The last 2 times I went, taff were unable to make coffee as they had no milk in store. I chose to go to Coles, to purchase milk, so your staff could make me a coffee. After the last time, I took my business elsewhere, for a while.Today, I took a chance, and decided to give Hungry Jacks another go.
When I ordered, they were unable to provide coffee. As they had no milk to put in it yet again...
I left the drive thru window. Then I parked, went inside and asked why the milk thing is constantly a problem. The young man who served me, remembered me from when I went to buy the milk before.
He apologised and explained he had no control over ordering milk.
I'm advising you of this. Because your store is losing alot of income, and making the Hungry Jacks name look incapable, due to insufficient ordering by the person in charge.If you find out which young people were rostered on in this store, serving this morning. And ask them. They will confirm what I am saying. Also, that this is definately not a once off. I am not the only person I know, who goes elsewhere now due to this ongoing problem.
I live 2 blocks from this store. And would return, but something has to change. It started happening just over 12 months ago.

Hungry Jack's Australia veggie burger

I went through the drive through at Belmont Hungry Jacks last night (Tuesday 09/05) on my way home at 2040Hrs
I ordered a veggie burger, minus mayo, minus onion.
The shop was quiet, no other cars in drive through, yet I was told to wait in the drive through bay (even though there wasn’t a single car behind me)
After about 5 minuted my order was bought out and I left

The burger contained no salad and was FULL of mayo.

How is it even possible to get something so wrong? Even if I didn’t ask for no mayo, that is WAY TOO much for one burger, and WHERE IS THE SALAD?

Hungry Jack's Australia false advertising on tv.

As a frequent visiter to hungry hacks i was happy to see the jrn whopper stuner deal was back as avertised on television . But the very next day i was refused this deal and offer only the cheese burger super stunner deal Not a happy person! They said we dont do all the promotions. ...surly there should be signs up...rather me queuing up only to be dissappointed.

Good evening,

First of all I'm really sorry for making a complaining but the treatment I had at the 196 Mudgeeraba Road store is unacceptable.

I ordered a stunner meal and onion rings, a nice lady at the Drive thru told me to wait in front of the store but I couldn't find the waiting bay, so I parked a little bit before it.

The manager came outside to bring my food saw me at the wrong spot and went back inside, I realised that but she didn't take any effort to walk just a little more anyway, I went to the parking bay and she saw me again and came out but as soon as she dropped the food I heard she saying that I was lazy, then I just said did you call me lazy, she goes yes!

Ok, I let her go thinking like she might be having a bad day or something!

While I was on the way to my next job, I realised that inside the bag the onion rings and the nuggets were missing, so I went back and lost 20min of my time to try to make a better situation for both of us and she kept being an angry person, therefore I decided to get the money back and she did it.

People don't have the rights to call anyone as a lazy person, and she didn't apologise for that...

In my very honest opinion, this lady might need some help because I believe everyone can have a seocond chance!

Hungry Jack's Australia unhygienic practices

I purchased breakfast from manningham road bulleen store this morning.
The guy that served me had gloves on while operating the register and handling filthy money and then proceeded to handle the food ingredients with his hands with the same gloves on absolutely disscusting practise and no idea about handling food.
I walked out and threw the food straight in the bin.
I did not want to make a seen in the store as there were other customers.
I will proceed and have the appropriate authorities deal with this issue unless I am compensated for this disgusting behavior.
Clearly these people who are employed have not had correct training or just don't care about food safety contamination issues.
This is absolutely unacceptable.

Hungry Jack's Australia whopper with cheese

I went to the Hungry Jacks tonight in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. I got a whooper with cheese meal. After waiting for i don't know how long i drove 2 minutes around the corner to Cotton Tree. I had one bite of my whooper and threw it in the rubbish. It was stone cold what a waste of money. Thanks Hungry Jacks I won't be coming back there any time soon.

I went to hungry jacks Burpengary Queensland as I had been shopping I decided to go through drive threw I purchased a smokey angus and fries when I got home which is only 5 mins down the road sat down to eat my burger it was stone cold and the meat patty was burnt to a crisp so my experience with your company has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I will be visiting a hungry jacks for a very long time thank you Jean Druery
