I ordered a bed in April still not received it. I have emailed this company ten times.
No answer. I have called hundreds of times no one picks up and says to go their website and email them. How does a company stay in business with not having customer service. Never have I dealt with such corrupt and fraud. Is this company a scam? I recommend everyone to look a reviews before ordering

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Facts:
1- I spent $1400 approximately with this company on their website, They charged my card the following day with no delivery of my order after two weeks.
2- The delivery company they hired refused to deliver my order because they were not able to provide certificate insurance to deliver to my building as I live in a high rise in New York City.
3- Upon contacting the company and asking for a speedy delivery or a refund, I first received a lecture on the phone and an email informing me that my refund would be reduced to $300 approximately even though they are the ones, who can not deliver my order.
4- When complained, I further received a threatening email stating that they would sue me for defamation.
5- In addition, unless I accept delivery on the curbside even though their website clearly states, unlike their competition, they do not deliver curbside OR I pay to go and pick up from their location myself, they would charge me $1000 and give me a refund only for $300 approximately.
If this is the kind of experience you would like to have, give them business.

ordered 7-3-17. said takes 4 weeks to deliver.
7-22-17 called Rich at Pilot delivery; said they would call me in 3 days.
7-31-17 no one called. I called Pilot; on hold 4 times in 10 minutes. Carrier does not answer phone. Suspervisor says we are in 'out of the way' delivery area (2 miles N. of Gulfport MS, pop: 250, 000) and they are searching for a carrier.
7-31-17 called Humble Abode; on hold 5 minutes; no pick up;
called them again and pressed (1) for sales. Got Ben;
Ben continually insisted on THEIR way over and over like I was stupid;
Ben gave me customer service info and REFUSED to tell me CEO of company.
Rude to dictate to a customer with continual problems. Ruder still to talk over and over when I am asking for info that he refuses to give...
I DON'T NEED HUMBLE ABODE! Can pay $1100 for a daybed anywhere!

Slow delivery and damaged bed
I have ordered a bed from this store and paid over $1, 500 for it! Order was placed over two months ago and it actually took them two months to deliver it! All that time I was trying to get in contact with Humble Abode but they never bothered to reply.
Finally, after two months of waiting it finally arrived. I was very disappointed with the quality and the fact that it arrived damaged. Now my main goal is to return then bed and get a refund, but I don't expect to get any help from them. This company is very hard to deal with, there is no customer service and no way to reach them.
Their beds are very expensive, but that doesn't mean high quality. Don't buy from this store!
Order cancelled
I bought a bed on the Humble Abode website and paid the extra fee to have it deliver in Canada...only to receive a generic email a few hours later telling me that had a problem with my order and I had to arrange for the delivery of the bed myself. After inquiring further about this process, my order was cancelled without so much as an explanation.
I would suggest for anyone who wants to deal with them to not waste their time and find the product somewhere else - they were quite frankly tactless.
Never Have Gotten Product
Ordered King Headboard on May 8, 2015. As of today, August 5, 2015, I still do not have product. Almost 3 months. You cannot get through to customer service no matter how many times you call. After a long wait, it rolls you over to then leave a message.
Last email I got stated the bed would be shipped from manufacturer on 7/24/15. Don't order from this company. You will never get your product and it will be a nightmare. I have contacted them numerous times via their online form because that is the only way I can get through to anyone. You will get one excuse after the next. Don't thrust this website. Find your products elsewhere and check them out first.
I have asked for a full refund which I seriously doubt will happen. Next, I will dispute the charges to get my money back.
They refused to help me, but the order was broken
I ordered table and some décor stuff from the company www.humbleabode.com. I waited three months and when I finally received the order, it was severely damaged. I called tot his company and asked to help. But the seller told me that they could change it only within 4 weeks after a purchase. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problems. Maybe you can help me.
Lied at time of Order
Placed on order for a futon on March 14th, received an e ail confirmation a day later. Never got a shipping confirmation so I called Humble Abode on the 23rd only to find the item I ordered was on BACK ORDER. I specifically asked the salesman at the time of the order was this futon in stock and I was assured it was. Now I have guests flying in to see me and I have no guest bed because these ###s can't tell, the truth to begin with. What adds insult to injury on top of all this I called several times asking for a manager and am told he is out sick and I could expect a call back, yeah right! I'm holding my breath.

I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they cannot get a response from them. I still cannot get my product from them after almost 3 momths.
Yeah well my problems with this company's customer service was horrible too. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General, only then did anyone contact me. I finally received my bed and thankfully there was nothing wrong with it. Someone called me today (Sunday) to apologize for my problems, then he went on to ask me to take down my negative review on Google! I still had the customer service issues and I refused to take it down. Then he tried to make it sound like the problems I had were MY FAULT! After he fully took responsibility for their problems and apologized? Really? I had to hang up on the guy to get rid of him.
One of the things he found a problem with was my statement that I felt "duped" because they brag on their "on hold" recording over and over again about their wonderful customer service and A+ rating with BBB. I looked up their rating and they are not even rated! My review stands, nothing I said was not true and now I feel I can add harassment to my complaint.

I ordered a bed on April 17. They immediately charged my account and I have not heard anything since then. I have called and emailed countless times for 2 months I did report to BBB and with the Federal Trade Commission. I also reported to my bank that my order never was received. They are investigating for fraud and hopefully, they will refund my money.
The website for Humble Abode is now non-existent and still the phone has the same recording "circle" over and over. From all the complaints I've been seeing, I hope they got shut down.
Fraud and Scam all combined into one nasty company!
