I know it's a fraud and an arnaque but they use the humainressources email and the sibneft phone number...

I had also received such offer letter, and also some forms to submit. But, for my querries, no reply received from the SIBNEFT OIL & GAS CO., UK (info@sibneftoil&gas.com.
I also contacted my contacts in UK and the matter is under investigation. As per my opinion, this must be fraud, SCAM EMAIL.

Your appointment will be subject to being medically fit at the commencement of work and at any time during the tenure of your employment with the company; the company has a right at all times to send you for a medical checkup to ascertain your fitness for the job.
On your acceptance of the offer, indicate by your signing of the Contract document, the company will initiate the process of readying the necessary travel visa/work permit that will enable you to enter, live and work legally in the UK.
