Morning. My name is Anne Visagie driving a Ford Figo 1.4 Dci which I bought at Human Motors Bloemfontein in December 2014. What a mistake. First drama with my radio - in and out, damaged my dashboard, and left it that way for me. This insident were repeated for 4 times I need to went back to the dealership to sort out. Then my door, my window after that. My biggest issue at this point is the fact that my vehicle has been for a service in April 2018 and after that, only issues. My vehicle at this stage have only 37 000km on the clock, and keep cutting out while driving. Went yesterday for the 3rd time in 6 months with this issue, where the feedback is that the dealership find nothing wrong with the vehicle, and I need to phone them when this happens again. I mean really - in 5 o clock traffic I need to phone the dealership to sent someone to me and see what happens! Last night on my way home, this happens again in traffic. The vehicle just cut out and have no power. There I sit like a fool again and stuggle! I am farious - this is a Ford problem that just do not get sorted out. Each time I get a courtesy vehicle while my vehicle is at Ford, they give it to me empty to through in fuel on my account, while my vehicle is not my fault that it's at Ford again. Really! This is pathetic. Phone Ford SA, and just get a Ref number - also pathetic!
I will not sell my car and live with the consequenses that this will be the next person's issue. I will NEVER after this, tell anyone to buy a Ford. I drive a Ford, and this decision were the biggest mistake of my life. Ford is Pathetic!
theft & bad service
Beside the fact that I am very dissaticfied with my2008 Ford Ranger Supercab 4.0, the service I got from the ford dealer in Bloemfontein is horrible and they stole the sticker from the back of my bakkie and then denied it and that I can do what I like they are protected against the law. My bakkie has 5000 km on and the exhaust fell off. The carpets does not fit the bakkie. The central locking works when it wants to and starts when it fells like it and Ford does'nt seem to know whats wrong! Never in my life would I buy Ford again!
