we had made a purchase (sales number [protected]) on 11/25 and were supposed to deliver 12/15;
we never received a phone call from delivery company so we called their warehouse; they said that they have no record of that sale and we have to call huisraad...only that nobody picks up the phone or returns phone calls there and of course our credit card was charged and we have no product!

The same thing happened to us. No delivery, store closed.
