Wish nail polish

Ordered a couple of nail colors from a store on your site. I've received over six of them with duplicate colors coming in. I've let the seller know to cease and desist from charging my credit card for something I didn't order. I've never had any other problems with this app or purchases. I really don't want to do it but I may have to notify my bank to stop payment to anything concerning wish or cute. Can you help?

Women's fashion new metallic mirror nail polish was the name of the item.
I had ordered a couple of them previously and received them no problem yet this time I ordered a couple and have received duplicate colors that I didn't want. I don't want to allow them to charge me multiple times for these items.

Wish referral code

Yes I told my mom about whis and that I saw that she get a 50% off for her chicken coop. She was going to purchase it with wish.com. And was very serious however the referral process, of giving her the code after she's made an account is not working and it's really making y'all look bad. How can I fix this?

Wish unable to cancel my order that was mistakenly placed by my daughter

The WISH APP is not that safe. It automatically deducts your debit account without even popping a message to warn you. My daughter went to checkout and suddenly, it just said ORDERS successfully checked out, wherein I had so many ITEMS in the cart that I was still deciding on what to purchase and let go. NOW I feel so upset that I can't talk to any customer service representative because the CONTACT NUMBER they have on their website which is [protected] is just a Voice prompt, and when you send them an email - [protected]@wish.com you won't get any help because its automated. I can no longer log in to the app and their website because it's not accepting my password anymore and when I clicked forgot password so they can send it to my email, I didn't receive any email from them and you can't even message them on their Facebook Page because it's also automated. I am so disappointment if they take that money out :( just so wrong :( I really need help on how to get my money back. Please, if you know how I can contact someone from wish.com or how I can get my money back please email me [protected]@gmail.com

Actually, you can cancel it and get a refund. All you have to do is go to that order and ask for a refund on all the items that you want a refund on. It is upsetting because you have to do each item individually but they will issue a refund. :)

Yes, unfortunately, I no longer had access to the wish app and website. After exchanging so many emails with the automated, I was able to get hold of someone who replied they'll refund within 14 days. I do hope they'll refund my account. We'll wait and see. Thanks

Wish i ordered tv box " u. s stock jailbroken mxq kodi...

This box came and it was used opened and it does not work when i contacted them they say it been over 30 days and they can not refund my money. This company is nothing but lairs and criminals and I want to know why they are allowed to rip off the american people with nothing happing to them. There are thousands of complaints on line and please tell me why you are not doing something about it.

Wish customer service concerning orders not received

I have attempted contact with company many times concerning a number of orders I have not received Their site says I have confirmed delivery but that is a lie. Emails I have received from them tell me not to worry about it and give it a few more days. Wish gear stick knob mazda miata

This product does not fit my car Mazda Miata
I have sent an email to wish requesting a refund and got no reply

This company states they have good customer service but that is not true they are only interested in taking your money

Apart from paying wish I also had to pay customs duty

Based on the service so far I am stuck with a product that is of no good to me

On 19 March 2017 I ordered a dress for R350.00 on the www.wish.com website. I received a confirmation that my order was received and will be delivered to me in May

When I go into the system using the same e-mail address I used to order the dress, I get denied access. I finally managed to log i using a desktop view and see that it says there is no order under my e-mail address. I am therefore unable to inquire as all means of contact on the website require you to click on the order in question. I have no order to click on, I tried calling but I am in South Africa, the number does not go through. What can I do, please help. I still want the order but if it's missing I will opt for a refund.

I have been ordering from Wish.com for a long time and I never had an issue with them until March of this year. The first was I had two charges for them that I had not ordered anything. There was no orders showing for that date either, after a week or two of back and forth, I contacted credit card company and filed against them. Getting my money returned. I still had orders with them and since then I am not receiving all the things I paid for and their website says I confirmed delivery. They are not getting back to me and there is no way to contact them.
When you call they San Francisco office all you get is a pre-recorded message

Wish jewelry, clothing, everything!

Wish, mama, and cute are all the same website/"business" and they are all fraudulent scammers!

Another fraudulent, scam-of-a-"business" out of where else? China.
They have no customer protection laws as there are in the united states, especially for people on the other side of the world.
This site is the epitome of false advertisement, scamming, and fraud.
If they were out of the united states, the government and better business bureau would have them shut down before they know what the hell hit 'em.
Everything I have purchased has been broken, fake, dirty, torn, cheap, and the "customer service" (If you can even call it that) bold-face lies to it's customers about everything from the way the usps operates, to when people will get their orders if they ever get their orders. Still waiting on three items ordered a year ago, folks.

Wish refund

I placed an order on April 21, and changed the shipping address, yet, for whatever reason, the change was not made so it was shipped to my old address and incorrect address. I contacted the seller and seller kept giving me turnarounds to not get the product to me then later a refund. I contacted USPS and they said since it was delivered they couldn't do anything, yet they still trwd to help by going to the house and knock, but nobody ever answered door. I later took a step further and contacted the wish support and they never responded to my email. Now, I am without my product that I PAID for and they refuse to refund my money! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I ordered some dresses and rompers the rompers are sewed backwards and the are really small cause they are seeed wrong I want to keep ordering from whisk but every time I order clothes they are sewed wrong what or how do I get something done about this ? Also you say a price like free then when you check your cart it's like 12.$ I don't get it or like 3, 00$ and it's like 8$ plus the shipping. Please contact me

Wish tablet defective

Purchased a tablet aug 2016 as of april 16 it stopped turning on it was 9.6 inch with gold backing with duty and tax i paid around 206.00. This is the first item that has failed from wish and ive bought alot from wish. Lookup my history. All i would like is a credit to purchase another tablet. Wish my money and or products

I made a purchase over $200and wish took my money but refused my product and said they refunded Me the stuff and didn't. I need that money back to my account now I have kids and things I can do with money I spend. Wish refused refund for lost merchandise.

I was asking a refund due to the fact I haven't received the merchandise I bought. The person who take my reclaim told to give until another day. I waited, and yes I received 2 of them because even though I bought it all together they were sending them separately. Bought 4 shirts from the same company only received 2. After several days of dealing with the situation I've been refused a refund and blame the postal office for the loss meaning that I lost the money for good. Customer service final answer were cynical and wrote me to reclaim to the postal office. Obviously they're employee cause the CEO would resolved this differently.

Wish customer service

I placed an order 4/15/17 when it asked for billing and shipping, i put the wrong zips in, which was my fault, so i wrote an email about changing the zips, after that my account was locked, and no email back. by the time they finally emailed me back items we already sent out, and they couldnt help me with changing the zip codes, they gave me some ### tracking number that doesnt exist its not a real tracking number. i called both post offices to explain what had happen, both of them say there is no tracking number like that. now that ill never get my items, im still waiting for a confirmation email, cancelling order and i want a refund, ill never order from this site again thats for sure.
i should have known not to order from a site where they have no actually representatives or working number.

I paid for the item with a credit card the package I received didn't have my product in it. Wish stolen credit card

My name is Natasha McRae My bank card was stolen ending in 4752 on April 30 2017 two purchases were made May 1st in two amounts one for $16 and some odd sense and the other one was between 11 and $14 and some odd sense. If possible I would like the address of where the items were supposed to be sent to please contact me at [protected] so I can put the address on the police report and give the address to my bank.

Wish almost all products

almost all products that a buy from them at a certain price or now super low in compare to the price i paid. here in canada if you do that you have to refund the people in 30 days. i feel like i was scam the worse in this is that its all the things that i already buy that or in special like they want me to buy those things again im sorry but all the things i have from them i will call my credit card company and cancel all the things that i buy from them. then i will go everywhere and tell that they are scammers. same for a friend of mine. and maybe more if i search.

Wish my orders from wish never received or refunded

I'm complaining about a few orders I made back in the end of February. I go to search in purchase history on wish and I don't see my orders but my card was charged several times.i have not received my orders or a refund of my money back that was taken off of my debit card.i have screenshots to prove wish took the money out of my account but I have not received any orders

I have no idea I'm in the same situation but what I do know is I will never order from them again. And it's crazy because I have been ordering from them for months. But the last time they took my money but didn't deliver my stuff and they don't even have a record of me ordering it which is dumb. So I sent the screenshots of my bank statement to prove they took the money and they still giving me a run around as well. Like give me my money back smh.

yes i placed an order with them and it was supposedly delivered to my address. but i never received it. I notified them within the 30 days for refund and they gave me the run around. now they are saying that it needed to be done within 30 days and since its over that deadline, i lose. no refund, no product, no nothing except they got my money.
i have all the emails with dates from their site...
what do i do?

Wish double charged

I recently purchased some items like car accessories and jewelry on april 17 and I hadn't checked my bank account till now and wish charged me two times for the same order. To begin with, the purchase was made without my consent. When I went back to check my cart for the things k was planning on being, it told me the the order was already made. My account is now below average. I'd really like that money back please. I've already tried calling every number associated with wish because I really do need this fixed.

Wish The "octopus glass drinking straw for kids"

I saw it and its not a straw and its not for kids. Its for illegal use. Should not b sold on Wish as straws for kids.
Its mostly the point of what it is and that its being sold as a kid item to kids and as an item sold to no kids too, adults have bought it whether or not aware of its real purpose. And Wish has a safe website guarantee or something very close to that as well.

I went and took a look at this product and I don't mean any harm but if you look at it and look at the items they say are "similar" you can clearly see this item is a glass pipe for smoking...I understand your complaint about it being labeled "for kids" but I honestly didn't see that on any of the sellers who had the octopus straw item. The stuff is coming from China so my advice to you is that you just have to look at the item very well and similar items to see the quality and actual description of the items. That way this doesn't happen to you again.

There's different stores that sell the similar items and that I've looked at some of the others but the first one i looked at did say it was for kids but to my understanding the original store was not from china even if the item could b Chinese.

I only ordered a blouse and a bracelet from you, from my surprise l received 4 blond wigs which I never place order and the amount suppose to be $20:00 something dollars but I saw $98dollers in my statement.
