I ordered $65 worth of products from on October 31, 2018 from https://www.dogsuppliesshops.com and not only did they take $138 from my account, the products never came. After a month and a half and about 30 emails, in which I was told repeatedly that I should wait patiently, a manager is looking into my issue, no product was ever delivered. I should have know better than do business with a Chinese company but I didn't know they were in China until I already placed the order. I would like my money back that they overcharged me and the products I ordered.
I too placed an order in October of 2018. Like everyone above, I still have not received any of my items ordered and after over 20 emails, they kept telling me to be patient, that they deliver by Merisk shipping and it can take up to 3 months. I still haven't received any items and they have just stopped responding to my emails.
same awfull experience, I ordered for 9, 60 euro and they charged me 98 euro and nothing arrived after 6 months:

I ordered in november 2018 My order came $14.98 and they charged me $136.00. I send them several email they told me my items was send ... they never answer my question when i tell them they have to refund me!
Total scam! My order came to $25 and they charged my card $135.
You can only contact them via email and they do not address the complaint. Instead you get almost a patronizing generic response asking you to be patient.
