1. I was looking for some anime to download & I did a google search. I apologize for my mistake.
2. I came across
2. paid the 4.95 for 3 day trial.
3. Now I get four emails & all of the websites are 'only pronography sites', no anime, no movies, only porn.
4. I called customer support and the I spoke to a customer agent, from India? He said I 'can not' get my refund, just account cancelation.
5. I want you to understand, I had NO intention of 'subscribing to an any/all pornography website'.
6. There was NO indication that I was buying a subscription to pornography.

I want a refund. Yesterday, I did the same thing, I paid subscription to what I thought was an anime site and I got the same thing, 4 emails and all pornography sites, but no anime. I spoke with a woman last night and she canceled my subscription. How many Indians does it take to run porn sites? But the woman did not mention that I would get a complete refund. Yesterday my customer ID was 3000114? Today waas 3000141. All I want is my full money back. I am now fear that my credit card will also be charged $100's a month.

This is absolutely true same thing happened to us, my son wanted to download rolloercoaster tycoon (demo) and has become a member to 4 pornagraphic sites which luckily he has not looked at as he is only 9. I only noticed when I went to the bank.
I have tried to cancell these accounts and have been in touch with my bank but they say I cannot get my money back. This is fraud as I am concerned and ilegal. I am definately looking into this further and hopefully get a refund and close the site down. If it was legal they would not have to go about getting membership this way would they.
Every time I try to use their cancelation form they say there is no record of that membership yet when I go on the site I get lots of lovely porn pictures to look at (nice). It is discusting how they are getting away with this. If anyone knows how to go about this online fraud please contact me on email

The same thing also happened to me. I was trying to get a software download and was redirected to a site for a 3-day trial membership costing $4.87. The thing is my email client was experiencing technical difficulty. So I never got the email with the confirmation number, user name and password.
I returned to the site to proffer an alternate email address but was put through some cyclic process and had no success. So I was never able to get the software.
But my credit card statement was a real surprise. Payments to PERSONASSIST.COM, SUPPORT-FIND.COM, and WHOSPMT.COM totalling $119.81 plus the amount for the trial above and a $1.00 charge.
I sent out an email questioning the payments and asking for an explanation. I got no response. When I was subsequently billed by one of the companies the following month I dialoged with them and they have now offered to refund the 2 payments.
I was also informed that my subscription to had been cancelled. (no where in the billing statement)
