They do not send the order. They may answer once to your email just to delay you . Shut them down they are thieves

    I have ordered from this store, 4 times now (for me, and various family members that got DSi or 3DS systems for Christmas) and I have not had a single issue. They ship the products within about 3 or 4 days after I placed the order. They do either ship from Asia, or Ontario in Canada. I got 3 shipments from Canada (arrived in about 7 or 8 days each time) and one of them from their Asia location. The shipment from the Asia location took roughly 15 days (maybe 16), but that is to be expected when it is coming from the other side of the world. So I have had no issues with this company at all, so I would contact them, and I am sure they will help.

    A friend ordered and his package was sent, but did not arrive (it got lost in the mail, the post office confirmed it even on his end that they didn't know where his package was) and the r43ds.org people instantly sent him out a brand new package - and didn't charge him a single dollar to send a second card out. That to me, is good customer service!

    Unfortunately, they do not even answer to my emails. The order status says "Awaiting shipment", which means that they didn't ship it yet. They only replied to my first mail, saying that they were waiting for the new card so that to send it to me, but 3 months later I have not any news and they never answer to any email I sent. Using WHOIS, I found his email address and send him a request to cancel my order, but no answer too. If the recipient of this email was another person, he would normally reply to me that I was wrong, but something like that never happened.

    I ordered my part a month ago yesterday. It took them two weeks to even process the order and ship it, and it has been two weeks since they say they shipped it and I don't have it yet.

    I have not had a single issue.Arrived from Canada about 18-19 days.
    I have had no issues with this company at all, so I would contact them, and I am sure they will help.
    They are not thieves.I am very satisfied with them.

    If they were OK, they would reply to my messages. So simple. It has been 5 months I think (I lost count) and nothing yet and it seems I am not the only one

    I to have ordered from them and its. Been two months and no resond nor package they sre proving to being a scam and no respond no answer no pakage nor money back some needs to put a stop to this to shut them down

    I ordered 6 weeks ago from them, no delivery, no refund, still awaiting shipment and always posted last Friday. They are a scam.

    Ordered a month ago, status is still "awaiting payment" meaning they haven't even processed it yet. They are not replying to any emails. There's no cancel order option either. Very worrying...

    This is exactly the problem i have had. Its been 4 months and they answered me once i have sent 5 emails and no reply since middle of June. I think we should all somehow report them so that someone is aware of this fraud. I am not sure how to go about it though. Anyone have any ideas?

    I ordered from them in March, on the 17th I think. I just got my package on Monday. They sent me an email letting me know they are going to upgrade my card to a new version (no cost to me) because their current cards would not work with the newly release 5.1.0 3ds update. I have the 3DS XL running at 5.1.0 and this card has been working just fine. I read on some forums as well that a lot of people were now not able to use their r4 because of this new update. It took over a month to get the card, but I got a card that works perfectly, instead of them sending me their old card, which would not work. not happy about the time to arrive to me, but overall happy that they did the upgrade, even if it did take a long time. I guess there's manufacturing, etc.. that goes in to the mix as well.

    I would contact them via the contact us form (that's what I always used) and I always received a reply within a day or so.

    Ordered a card on April 25th. On April 28th they updated my order to "Awaiting Shipping." My credit card was charged almost immediately for the order but I have yet to receive it. It is now June 12th and the product is still stuck on "Awaiting Shipping." I tried contacting the company a week ago but haven't gotten a response. Contacted them again yesterday. If they don't respond or I don't get the product within the next week I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. This is ridiculous.

    I have ordered from them by Visa two days ago and now I see that they aren't liables...What should I do?

    I ordered from them 5 days ago, and yet to get any update on package location. Still says Awaiting shipment. It said that they usually take like 5 days to ship, and I'm sort of confused cuz in the order email I got from them, they said that my order had been reshipped, and then underneath that, it said the order is now awaiting shipment. I don't get it. And they also have the option to reorder the product but I don't understand what they mean by reorder the package when they're gonna charge me the same amount I already paid. The reason I've become impatient is because of the many reviews I've read of people not receiving their packages, and I didn't find out about this until after I ordered from their site. If I don't get my package, I'm going to be very pissed, and would like to know if there is a way to cancel the order, or get my money back.
