its actually my first time im buying software over the web but on the ads its seems to be real & working product so i said why not .
after paying for this software i got a link to download the software and few license keys to my email but NONE OF THEM WORKS .
i tried to contact the seller and no respond !

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
So. I bought this software over 5 weeks ago. It didn't work on either of the computers I used as it seems to crash every time a used one of their primary tools. I contacted them and they gave me one or two responses. As soon as a I mentioned GDPR in the EU as a possible reason it didn't work there was silence.
I've recently wanted to test it on an upgraded computer but they haven't responded to my request for another licence so that I can test it.
The response rate from their support is dreadful and I am considering legal action to recover the funds I've spent on this fraud of a software...
I hope they can resolve this issue but I hold out no hopes as they simply haven't replied to an email from me in 3 weeks.

Hey Guys,
I am the developer of this software.
The software is working properly and not what the topic starter claims.
The reason the license didn't work for him is because he's using windows XP which isnt supported by the software. The reason for that is windows is not supporting windows XP with updates anymore.
The user who started this complaint apologize to me after i stated the reason and send his full refund.
The software is working 100% and we are continuously updating it.
We are updating it every week and adding more features to it.

I dont agree...Whenever i sent an email to them...I got reply within an hour or 2. I was having multiple queries about software and i got proper response from them. Everything is fine and good.
I am using fbmarketingautomation for more than a year now and i can say that the developer of this software is really taking care of this software.
Kojak always updates the software whenever facebook changes something.
Im not sure what these guys are talking about but i am happy with my purchase of FBMarketingAutomation. It's running smooth on my computer.

Hey, I'm a current customer and user of this software and I COMPLETELY DISAGREE with your view and experience as above. I think you're grossly mistaken. I'm not associated with the software and neither affiliated with the creators.
I just came across your post and thought to share my positive experience in contrary to your negative review which seem to be quite baseless and malicious.
I purchased this software since this was launched in the market a year back. The creators updated the software regularly. My experience with the support is 5 stars. Initially I had some issue with the scraping, I emailed the support and the guy Kojak helped me through teamviewer that resolved my issue.
The software itself is top notch, I purchased during the initial period when they ran a special offer and I can vouch that I have not come across any software which can match even half it's features. It has given me back several times that I paid for. It has so many features and the best part is that you do not need to pay for Facebook ads yet you can pin point and reach your target leads and interact with them with automation.
I really feel sad for you that it's your fist buy and could not even use the software. I have no idea which email you used for the support. I suggest that you email to them once again and request your license.
