Hello my name is Matthew McClutchie and I am writing to you to say that I am really disappointed with your site and the way yous handle your orders, I have not received anything that I have purchased an no one will contact me back! So here's my complaint, if I am not contacted by the end of day I will be taking this complaint further as yous have STOLEN off me.. I have receipts to prove it. Please contact me on [protected] to resolve this situation or I will go to the authorities. It has been 6 weeks... Took the money instantly though...

I've ordered a jacket from www.dealman.co.nz as a birthday present for my boyfriends and my order was placed in late August. Birthday was in September and jacket did not make it here on time.
The worst part is that it is now later October and still no order. When I contacted DealMan they seemed nice, but they gave me nothing but empty promises and were not able to tell where my order was. They also refused to refund my money. Do not order from DealMan.

On the 31 august 2016 i ordered striped mustang shoes, order no: 278202, reference nr: rj543004604cn. The order has not been delivered as yet. I received a message online saying i must confirm receipt and i must call tnt post which is courier company and when i call the courier company they told the reference in use cant trace the parcel so i must call the supplier and check where my parcel is. I sent a message two days ago but did not get any respond.

I have ordered two items from www.dealman.co.nz and received my tracking number. Weeks passed and nothing arrived so I decided to check what was going on. Then I found out that the tracking number was not working! Contacted customer service and they promised to send me another one, but they never did and they stopped replying to my messages. Still waiting for my order!

I have made an order back in December 2015 and it is now May 2016 and I have yet to receive my stuff. I contacted DealMan many times and asked about my order and was told that it might of been lost during shipping! They offered to ship my order again and I agreed. But even after that nothing showed up. Then I emailed again and asked for my money back and they never replied. I already contacted PayPal and they promised to help.

I have ordered several items from DealMan in late March and received nothing yet. I asked for a tracking number and they said that there was something wrong with their tracking system and said that I'll be given a tracking number as soon as they fix the system. When I asked them to cancel my order, they said that they don't do refunds and offered me a discount on my next order. I refused and demanded my money back and they stopped replying to my messages. Seems like a scam.

Absolutely terrible company. I've purchased two shirts from DealMan and it took them over two months to deliver my order. When I opened the package I realized that sizes were wrong and the worst part was that there were absolutely no tags! As if someone used them before. I immediately contacted their support team but received no response. So I spammed them with tons of emails and several days later finally got a reply! They asked me to send everything back and promised to send me a replacement. That actually never happened! It is now three weeks and still nothing! I will never order anything from them again!

Haven't heard from them and received no money yet. I sent them tons of messages and got absolutely no response. Terrible site!

I placed the order on the website www.dealman.co.nz. I bought hoodie and 2 t-shirts from them, but these guys haven’t delivered order on time. I have waited 2 months and still no news about the order. The seller only charged me really fast and that’s was all. He hasn’t even replied to my tons of emails. The company needs only money and they don’t care about you. So, please stay as far as possible from these guys.

My husband purchased sweater from the website www.dealman.co.nz. He waited 2 weeks and finally received the order. Unfortunately, the sweater had some holes and looked like old piece of cloth. He took the order and returned it, but the seller hasn’t reacted. He didn’t reply or provide any info about the solution. My husband made minds up to the fact that he would get nothing. This review may help other people.

Don’t buy from the website www.dealman.co.nz. I ordered hoodie from them, but it arrived with the horrible delay. The hoodie didn’t look as on the website. The quality was awful and the design was a little bit different as it was shown on the website. I wanted to return it, but the seller ignored me and after 2 days my emails were returned back. No support or help at all. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.

On Dec, 20 via online shopping i have ordered a jacket at http://www.dealman.co.nz.
Via credit card i paid the bill also. As per the terms and condition they are suppose to deliver a product with in 30 days. Today more than 90 days are over i have not yet received a product.
I have dropped a mails number of times, but most of the time no response.
Please help me in getting my product/money.
