HTTP-Tunnel Corporation / Horrific technical support
Right after I posted my complaint on Complaints.com, I have received the following email from HTTP-Tunnell Corporation technical support. This is a perfect example of companies hiring teenagers to harrass people. DO NOT DEAL WITH HTTP-Tunnel Corporation. Judge yourself:
Well you have only confirmed what I had suspected. Your purchase was for nuisance purposes only. You wanted a platform to pontificate. I am sure you really did want me to say something rude. But when I did not oblige you, you became more abrasive. As I have said before. I have assisted countless people to get connected. I have spent days, even weeks, 80-100 combind emails. I know that I provide superior support. Nothing that you can post will ever change the facts.
The facts are you just wanted to antagonize me into saying something so you could post it on the internet. I did not oblige you, so now you are having a tantrum. Your unsophisticated behavior will also be viewed at the site you posted your compliant. Your assertions are baseless. Hopefully peolpe will read your post and email me and I can provide them with examples of your correspondence for comparission.
