I purchased 2100 Microsoft points and 12 months xbox live gold for just under £40.
I recieved an email thanking me for my order and saying the codes will be emailed instantly. They have taken the money out my account and 3 days later I have still not recieved them. I have sent 6 emails through there site to store owner and also opened a complaint ticket which I have added to several times. Still I have had no reply or acknowledgement of complaint. Starting to think I've been scammed. Please help.

    ha-ha, yes you may be right but all we have done is try and save a little money for our children to have add ons to their games which we do buy from XBOX, and if they weren't so costly we wouldn't have to buy from cheapest companies around!!
    you don't have to make me feel any worse after being scammed by this company... my crime is trying to give my kids a little more at a lower price and YES I've learned MY mistake... but this company or dodgy site is still scamming people so whose committing the crime there...
    my children have the accounts not me so there not committing an offense anyway, and as I don't have an xbox account I cant be banned accordingly, can I

    oh whatever, who said they would be illegal points anyway. only you have that view... and in that case does that mean Argos, asda, Tesco are all scamming Microsoft too, they sell points...
    maybe on this occasion you should keep your opinion to yourself.
    if this company was dealing in dodgy stuff it wouldn't be allowed to sell it. and there's plenty of companies who sell just the code without messing around with post and packaging.
    have you actually viewed this site, or are you just on here to annoy people who have been scammed!!!

    Same here ordered two lots of gold membership and nothing, they have taken the money but no replies to support tickets or nowt, hope these ### get what they deserve...! @joanne72 do what I did get in contact with your bank/credit card company they will send forms for you to complete to recover the money

    hi, I fell for this scam yesterday...
    I sent them tickets and emails but no response at all, although I received an email stating they had taken money from my account!!!
    I rang the bank but the bank said until the money has been take its not fraud, got to wait till the name of company appears on statement and moneys took, then ring the bank again and they will get my money back, luckily its only £15 for me, but my sons still disappointed and I feel a fool.

    Hi same happened to me. i contacted my bank who have confirmed its fraud. They are refunding money for me luckily

    I have informed the bank, thanks..
    I got the link from eBay, so I rang them to let them know. they have logged it but said no one else had complained, so if anyone on here got the link off eBay please let them know, as they are a sponsor of there's

    Same thing just happened to me :( so annoyed as usually so careful. Got to wait till transaction appears on my statement. As its an ad on google maybe google need to be cintacted too

    contact them if you can, not sure how with Google..
    they took money from my bank today, Ive rang the bank got to now wait 15 days to give them time to either give me points or issue refund, if I hear nothing by 23rd I have to ring bank back and they will issue fraud investigation. but it is on file so first step done.
    do not think ill hear anything at all, especially with complaints appearing on here too,
    wish eBay would take them off their website as there still down as a sponsor for them more people will be scammed :-(

    I bought a 12 month Gold membership like many of you. I received the supposed voucher by download in an email - but it is invalid and comes up on the screen that it has already been used! Began a 'ticket' complaint straight away, and have heard nothing back at all. Not happy and after reading all your comments have contacted my bank. The payment has gone through and was on my statement, so they are looking into it on my behalf.:)

    I have been duped to, instant points immediately charged me but still haven't received anything! I started a ticket, not heard anything. Been to the bank but they cant help as I paid with my debit card (should have used my credit card-would have got my money back). Looks like a visit to Citizens Advice Bureau is in order...go down the fraud route. Really annoyed that people/companies via the Internet can get away with this inappropriate behaviour.

    hi sherren, I paid with debit card you can still get help from your bank. its takes time but you will get your money back. ring them now and sort it out. good luck.
