I ordered a shirt and bathing suit from this website on July 15, 2009, my credit card has already been charged and have not heard anything from this company i went to their website to see if there was a contact number but there was not...is there anything I can do to see if this has been shipped out? Please advise.

this is not an official ED Hardy store. It looks like a distributor . .. the official Ed Hardy site is www.edhardyshop.com the site has the location and phone number. i dont know if they can help you, but you can try.. I order from them all the time, and I have never had one problem.. In the future I would stick with ordering from the offical site .hope this helps
Have you recieved it yet? It says when you purchase that it takes 5-7 days to recieve it. You can also check your order status on the top of their website by clicking "order inquiry" and entering in your order number that you got when you checked out.
Same thing happened to me... I am still patiently waiting for my order. Called my bank and they said I could dispute the charge beings I have not recieved the item. Funny thing is, my bank said that they don't have any contact info either reguarding the charge. weird...

How long ago did you order? I placed an order with them late last week and recieved an email saying it would ship in 48 hours. I log on today to check and see if it's shipped and their website says "service unavailable"
I'm gonna give it a few more days before I dispute it.
I placed an order on July 25. I was told 5-7 business days. It has been about 7 business days. I have yet to receive my products. I have emailed them and they have not responded either and now there site it no longer functional. Any suggestions on what to do?
I placed my order on the 30th (i think) and hadn't heard back from them. I emailed them about 5 times in one day, and got a response the next day. It had shipped out monday, and they included a USPS tracking number.
Also,
If you go to whois.net and type in the website it gives you all the info. This place is based out of some place in CHINA, so they're a day a head of us.
Just email them a bunch, and include your order number. Seemed to have worked for me.
Email them @ service [protected]@ed-hardyoutlet.com]... and BE MEAN AS HELL.. this is what our email consisted of!!

I just placed an order August 3, 2009 for $112 for 2 t-shirts, they've already taken the money from my account. I tried to get back onto the website and can't. I got a confirming email and tried 4 times so far emailing back to get a status on order or any other information and nothing. I called my bank and they've told me that its still pending and I should bring it up with the company. WT[censored] I want my money back = forget the damn tshirts!!!
I actually just received my order today. However, the design on the back of the hoody is a little bit off from the design i saw online. And in big letters on te back it says 1958... which it didnt say on the shirt when i looked at it online... Also, the product i ordered was a XXXL and they sent me a XXXXL... however it seems like its not even as big as a regular XXL sized hoody... JUst wondering do the patterns on Christian Audigier clothing vary from time to time depending on what size it is?? Some of the rhinestones are fallin off as well. I'm starting to question whether its actually authentic... especially since the label on the package was in all chinese... anyone got an opinion or any information about whether its real stuff they're selling??
I recieved my tracking number a few days ago, and it's enroute right now. I too am curious if this stuff is going to be authentic or not. Had I known this company was from China I would never have ordered.
Ok so I recieved my order but I was not satisfied because it was not the one I ordered. When they get here they were damaged. I need to know how this will work out!
