Today I received calls from tel no: [protected] and [protected], stating that my official no: was updated as one of the numbers in record of one of the defaulters. When I stated that this was not the no: of the person or any individual and was the no: of a Company, they alleged that the said person was an employee of the Company and you are trying to defend the said _____( here they used most abusive language which cannot be reproduced) . I even advised them to talk to the HRD, but they would'nt listen and used most foul and abusive language against my family members and threatened me. This has been repeated . They were not not at all prepared to listen that the said person was not or ever an employee of the Company but was only a customer. Such behaviour is a slur on a reputed bank's name. Something must be done to stop such dadagiris by agencies on the pretext of recovery openly .Will the management of this reputed bank listen .
