HPshopping.com / Terrible customer service!
We ordered a PC from them on line and they billed us twice for the order. It took 4 business day's for them to credit our account back after talking to them on the phone every night. When we became so frustrated by their customer service giving us the run around we canceled the order. When we called back to find out about our refund we were told the computer had already been shipped. Then we called back again about the order and we were told it had just been shipped on a different day than we were told the day before. They lie to their customers and will not cancel orders at your request. Once they have your money they will not refund it. Their customer service people are all foreigners that speak broken english and have to repeat everything you say back to you. I would NEVER do business with Hewit Packer again.
