The service provide by your dcms team at kolkotta is very horrific as tickets logged for more than 20 to 30 days have not been cleared and they telephonic answer is very arrogant, lethargic and careless as they are not at all interested in clearing the backlog of work.
We are very unhappy with the service provided by tcs as the company may be big but the service is very miniscule.
