Hp Gas - Kanpur / Delayed delivery n rude behaviour

This is the complaint regarding the no delivery of HP gas cylinder. Order was booked in the name of Mr.S.N.Dwivedi, aged 85 yrs order no. 240 dated 7th may 2007.

Inspite of repeated calls (50-60)to Manas distributor, kidwai nagar kanpur. code no 961940, there was no response and till date the gas has not been delivered. it has caused lot of trauma and agony to mr. Dwivedi in his old age. Moreover people are very rude in responding.

This kind of attitude is unacceptable and we will go to the consumer forum if the delivery is not done immediately.

    i am agree with diwedi ji, hp gas service is very burst in kanpur, very big fraud gas agency is balmiki gas agency and in kanpur hp gas all officers are currupted because they do not take any action of complaints.

    i jagannath prasad shakya i booked hp gas cylender after 21 days and booking date is 19-08-2008 but till today i did not received gas and reprisentatives of agency not give satisfactory answer.

    This is not only the problem of Mr. Dwivedi. All the customors of HP Gas are facing same kind of problems. The HP gas distributers are blacking the cylinders. I am a user of HP Gas (Balmiki Gas Agency) Gurudev Palace, they are not eventhough opening the Gas Godown. On asking them I have visited five times to their Gas Godown and did not got the cylinder but their cylinders are available in the marcket on payment of Rs. 400.
