Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas Late delivery of cylinders!

We have been using HP gas for the last 12 years. We are presently alloted to Sugum Enterprises, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore. We have booked for cylinder after our cylinder got exhausted . The replacement is not suppled even after one month. They say they will give only one month after the booking . We have booked on 10th Aug. Still it is not supplied. They are saying we give today, and they won't come. They will not take the booking for next cylinder (we have two cylinders) even if it is exhausted. It seems they will take books for second cylinder also only after ten days of the first cylinder replacement.

In this process, we are without gas for the last one week. Many times we tried to contact, the phones are always engaged. Whenever they pick (say after one hour of trying) they are very brief, and have no patience to listen what is being told.

Yesterday and today we have even informed that we complain to HP. They simply said that it will come after 2 O' clock. They did not supply.

I am from Pune. My cylinder comes from Shiv Shanthi Gas Agency.The service provided by this agency is worst. We have booked the cylinder on 12th November. And they told us that the cylinder will be delivered in 1 week. Its been more than 1 month that we dint get any cylinder. We have called up almost everyday but still we dint get any response.

from last 6 months i cant get the cylinder through home delivery. i requst them togive me another agency which is close to me &its delivery van comes alternat day in our appartment. but they doesn't do that last time i collect the cylender from the agency. they assure me that next time i get it at home .but from last 4 months many times phone not connected if it connect they said u get the cylender in the morning .til the morning waiting for that.
is it make a difference.

We are using HP Gas cylinders for cooking and our Gas dealer is Maruti Gas Agency at Bowenpally, Secunderabad. First of all, the telephone numbers are continously busy from exact 8a.m to 6 p.m. and the recorded info. is given the line is busy, try after some time. and to book a cylinder it takes more than a month to get them on line and after that again to contact them its just a dream as always busy. I have booked a cylinder on 19th March and till date I am not ble to contact them nor the cylinder has been delivered. It is very rediculous and some action to be immediately taken against them.

Hello sir, Our mother is having gas connection in her name Shakuntala. M and consumer no. 603691 in Abhishek Agencies, Gandhinagar, Bangalore. She has lost her documents now she wants to change to new address in Wilson garden. Whats the procedure and want document is required please inform me rental aggreement is in my name and if u need any letter from the client or any documents for proof please let me know. I AM FACING THE PROBLEM OF NOT GETTING THE EXTRA CYLINDER EVEN AFTER BOOKING AND EVEN AFTER WAITING PERIOD OF MINIMUM 3 YRS. RENUKA GAS SERVICES (HP GAS) IN AURANGABAD ARE NOT READY TO GIVE THE CYLINDER AND EVEN THEY ARE NOT READY TO TALK WITH CUSTOMERS IN SOFT LANGUAGE. ALWAYS THEY ARE SAYING "JUST CALL AFTER 8 DAYS. AT THIS MOMENT WE HAVE NO STOCK." WHENEVER WE CALL THEM THEIR REPLY IS ONE AND THE SAME.

I am an 83 old widow of an army officer.I have been taking gas cylinders from HP Gas, Alwal for the last 34 years. I had 2 connections, one in the name of my late father G.Ramamurthy, which they said they did not have! And my late husband,col PRK Murthy, consumer number 16549.Whenever I book a cylinder,i have to make at least 15 to 20 calls, beg and plead with them to send me the cylinder. It takes a month or so to get a refill while for the "vips"it takes a few hours.Lately their favorite sentence is "we came but your door was locked, so book again as you present booking is canceled". At my age, can i have the energy to go out EVERY day? Please redress my complaint. Else is there any other Gas Agency that i could change to? At my age I cannot take this harassment!

I want inform u this that there are selling of gas cylinders illegally by these following dealer M/S.TAP TRISA. These dealer supply gas cylinders in Madhyamgram, Kol-129. I had booked the gas about 13 days before but not got the cylinder.They takes booking on computer so we sometimes do not understand that whether they had booked. Then if we call that number again they do not say us that for this consumer number one gas is already booked and they will not take another booking instead of that the take the booking for another time. I hope that if the company get my comment they will take some action and i hope that if the company gets this message please take some serious action against this dealer M/S.TAP TRISA who supplies gas in MADHYAMGRAM, KOL-129. I had also informed the dealer by telephone about this problem but the dealer told us that he will see about it and then he had kept down the phone. They had told this but had not taken any action.

I have applied for a new gas connection at a HP gas station at rathani in pune. It has almost been 4 months now. Whenever I call these people I get the same old answer saying it would take around 3-4 months. I don't know in india after such a development also people have to still struggle for the basic requirements of day to day life...

[protected] . i went to gas agency to take the DPC but they told me that my DPC has alredy passed in 2007 wich is not true becuse i have never taken my DPC and even it is not mentioned on my all gas paper so kindly please help me out my no. Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas Delay in LPG refill booking/supply

1) My Consumer No. is 603170 of Calcutta-97

2) I booked a refill cylinder by phone, possibly around 28-29 July, 2007 (Booking No. 109), but the same has not been delivered till date. My distributor informed that they did not receive any instruction to deliver against the above stated Booking No. & so, no delivery was made to me.

3) A few days prior to the above date of booking, I was asked to take delivery of a refill cylinder, which I refused since I had not made any corresponding booking against the same.

4) Subsequently, I made another booking over telephone vide No. 87 on 18/08/07, which is yet to be delivered till 2:30 PM of 29/08/07. I had rung up my agency some time back only to be informed that there is no outstanding booking against my name and that my last booking has been cancelled.

5) I have two LPG Cylinders, both empty since yesterday morning, and am buying meals from the Hotel, because of non-availability of LPG supply.

6) I am a 76 year old woman who cannot use the internet for logging in or tracking complaints. It would therefore be helpful for people like me if a living 'human being' may also attend to complaints at Tel No. 1716 so that such types of problems could be listened to for easier disposal.

I have been having a HP Gas connection in my mother's name in Daryaganj, Delhi for last many years. But I am facing lots of problems in Booking for a Gas Cylinder on phone, whenever we try to call them, usually phone does not rings or it is not answered by anybody. When we are four members in our home and out of them three members go out for work my mom is older person and she has to go for booking the gas in day time. When she is not comfortable to go and do this work.

HP GAS PHONE Numbers are [protected], [protected]

I also had gone to book the same several times and every time I found that COMPANY/HP GAS BOOKING STATION has kept the phone in hold position, I checked it whether it is really for hold. But I found that they have done it so that nobody could make them call. They are making the people fool and they are totally failed to provide the best services to customers.

I request to all of you and to HP Company please do something so that the mischief could not be continuing.

I am a consumer of domestic gas registered with M/s Jyoti Gas Distributors Versova Mumbai Tel. No: [protected]. I have to book a refill and keep on waiting. I often make a reminder after about a week, but to no avail and finally I make a visit to the Distributer and give a request in person. I would like to know, whether this kind of approach is acceptable by the company. Incidentally on first booking, I am told that it would take a couple of days only, which never happens. Is this behaviour well accepted by the company or any improvement possible?

Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas Delayed services by the dealer

Being in a transferable job of my husband, were transfered to moradabad (up) two years back. since then we are greatly suffering due to delayed supplies of the dealer (M/S NAND GAS AGENCIES DEPUTY GANJ MORADABAD UP.) Despite request to have concerning sales officers no. neither their is any display of the same which is mandatory, nor we are being given the same.

The said dealer is not supplying gas regularly and takes around 10-15 days after booking of gas which is booked after 21 days of delivery of first cylinder.

No responsibility taken by dealer despite several reminders.

We are the consumer for HP gas cylinder from local dealer named Ajay Trading, G.T. Road (near Guha Road), Howrah (W.B.) but after several time booking for cylinder through phone no any response we get regarding the same.

sub; complaining about the delivery man and booking operator dear sir. i am a respected consumer of your valuable company. i am very happy about that i am consumer of your company. but before 20 days i booked the lpg domestic cylinder. but it is not delivered by the delivery man till now. i face the music lots of now. because of it by the delivery man attitude . he was saying the i will not responsible for that. when i called the booking operator to see my matter. he also repeat above same word. and abusing me by the mis behaviour. the delivery man also talking like a barbarian. i am so heart and faces lots of problem right now and before some days. please sir i requested to you please look into this matter and take a proper action in this regard as soon as possible.

I WANT TO KNOWN WHETHER THERE ANY SPECIFIC CIRCULARS / INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE GAS COMPANY TO DEALER TO BOOK CYLINDER FOR REFILLING ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY OF PREVIOUS CYLINDER OR WHETHER THE CONSUMER CAN BOOK CYLINDER AT ANY TIME BUT THE CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVERED ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS. PLEASE CLARIFY.

BECAUSE, OUR DEALER IS INSISTING FOR BOOKING ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY OF PERVIOUS CYLINDER AND AFTER BOOKING AFTER 21 DAYS HE TAKE ANOTHER 7 TO 8 DAYS TO DELIVER THE SAID CYLINDER.

The dealer is not supplying gas regularly and takes around 30-35 days after booking of gas which is booked after 21 days of delivery of first cylinder.
they never take the complaint seriously regarding delivary of cylinder. i have not recieved the cylinder since one month. this happens every time. I have told to our dealer of Amravati Gas Company Mr. Ramdasbhai Shroff about this but invain.
so i request you to look about this.

I booked gas for home delivery on 12.03.209 but till today 14.03.09 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. Hi Sir,

I have been a HP gas user for the last 15 years. But of late I have been having a lot of problems with the Gas Agency Everytime I book my gas my cylinder is not being delivered to me at right time. Every time after booking I called Agency 10 to 15 times about my cylinder but every time they replied I will sent you today’s evening or tomorrow but the cylinder is not delivered at my home. even though every time I bought kerosene oil to full fill my daily kitchen requirement. It’s very harsh that after booking the cylinder I have to bought kerosene oil. My consumer no. of 643019 at Delhi. If you can look into the matter it will be appreciated as I am not the only sufferer.

I am a customer of HP GAS for nearly 3years now.
I was staying in Pune, wherein I had connection with Kekan HP Gas Agency.
As I shifted my residance to Wakad, which comes into Chinchwad, I wanted to get the connection transfered, but nobody knew which Gas agency could give us service. Ultimately, we one name of Amrapali Gas Agency, so we got the connection transfered to it.
With them i have booked the Gas for now 10days, but still we have not got the Gas Cylinder. He also says that he dosenot have the services in our area. I have nearly been calling for now four days, everyday and he keeps saying that he will send it today or tomorrow.
We got other name of Anurag Gas Agency from our negibours, their tempo's I have seen in my area, when talked to him he also refuses the services in my area.
I request you to look into the matter and help me out as early as possible.

Dear Sir,

I have been a HP gas user for the last 20 years. But of late I have been having a lot of problems with the suppliers at Kharagpur Gas Centre. Everytime I book my gas my cylinder is being sold in the black market and I cannot get any supply after that till one month. My consumer no. 0f 601307 at Kharagpur Town. Each time I ask the dealer he tells me that I was not at home when the gas was supplied which is an outrageous lie as I am always at home or someone is always there. If you can look inot the matter it will be appreciated as I am not the only sufferer.

We have two connections of HP Gas . Consumer numbers are as- 608329 & 400694. Dealer is JK Gas Co. Whenever we try to book gas on phone numbers provided by the dealer, no one picks the phone. Many times they keep the phone on hold for a long. So it very difficult for us to book the gas on phone. Phone numbers are - 400694,402289. We are facing too much problem just because the attitude of the dealer.

Beware people very poor service!

hello sir i m from mundian khurd. here is mandeep. i want to tell you so important thing that in ludhiana there is a emm kay gas agency in jamalpur focal point ludhiana. there is a worker named bittu is working in agency he is doing illegal activities.like giving cylinders in black.i know every one family can get just one connection but he issued 3 gas connections to one family of hp from emm kay gas agency. please do enquiry about this family named gursewak singh gill is unmarried but he showed him married and gave them a new connection and his fathers nam is nirmal singh gill and one connection on his wife name. plz enquiry about these persons. thanx

My consumer number is 500811 and distributor name Hindustan gas company, BHEL, R.C.Puram, Hyd. I have booked for gas 27 days after last delivery i.e., on 5-3-08 and my booking number is 799.

There is no proper response from the dealer. No one picks the call in the office and by chance if we get them on line they say it will be delivered in a day. Till now i did not receive gas . It is 40 days now since the last delivery.

The HP gas service is very poor and the help line 1716 is not working. There are many people facing the problem with the dealers. If there is no action taken even after the compalint is given, it would be mere waste writing all these. I hope that necessary action will be taken on the dealer regarding the same.

I have booked for a new cylinder more than 15days. It is still not come everyday i am calling up and getting the same reply that we are sending todays.

we have booked gas for our consumer number 636493
but at the time of deleivery gas agency dealers behaved badly
and dont provide us our cylinder.
They asked for empty cylinder of the same serial no which is
mentioned on the copy of cylinder.but the number which they
have menioned is already incorrect and this is first time they ask for cylinder with same srno as mentioned on copy.
they have not given the cylinde and both supplier and dealer
behaved very badly.

Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas Gas connection without stove

I am leaving in sector-8, Airoli Navimumbai. Two months before i have inquired for Gas cylinder booking in HP gas office in Airoli and i said them i have stove, please provide me only cylinder connection, they said they will come and check stove and provide connection.
In these two months nearly i went 10 times, but they have not come and checked. Its said that they have of a practice of providing gas cylinder connection only if we purchase stove from them which nearly costs minimum of Rs.1500. They are saying clearly that one should take stove from them and then only cylinder connection can be provided.

What should we do the stove which we already are having? Advise smb!

Non Delivery of Gas after Booking

I am the consumer of the HP Gas. I booked the gas on 4th March, 2010 but till there is no delivery of the gas to my house. I am facing this problem from the last 6 months onwards but there is no improvement in the performance of the service of these people. I think they are selling these gas cylinders in black for more money for those who are in urgent in need of the gas and neglecting the people who have booked a week before. Dear Sir,

I am facing lot of problem due to Quick gas service.
I have booked gas on 27.01.2009 but he has told us that he has cancelled our booking due to same day delivery. but they has not informed us. after several times discussions, they still not delivered cylinders on time.

They not taking telephones.
They are not booking our registration on 1716 service.

Bad delivery, No Service, Irrigular..

I booked gas for home delivery on 17.03.08 but till today 02.04.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. Some time we already to home, but when ask for slip and book entry he is not responding. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency "Ratna Gas", Dealer Code "515180", HMT Hills, opp JNTU, Kukatpalli.

I agree that H.P. gas at Mira road by jayshree gas agency (MUMBAI) is the worse service center.
I have booked HP Gas TROUGH [protected] days back till date they not deliver the gas , their all phone are busy.

Am a customer of Bangalore, we regularly use bharat gas , but now a days we book the cylinder 17/08/2007 in the name of VENU GOPAL, C NO 18159 but still we wont received the cylinder. Once we ask the person about the details but he is not ready 2 give the answers, his behavior is very rude against the customer. Agency name is SREERAKSHA AGENCY.

The persons of gas agency attitude against customer is very bad. Please advice where i want 2 call or tell this. Service of that agency is despicable.

Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas Delivery problems

I am a consumer of HP Gas in Surat. My consumer number 608843 . I am taking gas cylinder form Yogita Gas service 116/1, Ambika nagar, Nava Gam, Dindoli Road, Udhna, Surat (Gujarat).
From last one year i am suffering from supplier side he is not giving us proper supply. Everytime i have to go to his office for LPG gas cylinder but after that he not giving response and reply answer that "we are not having Stock so you must wait till we will not get cylinders from HP company.

Hi,

My name is Shashidhar and our consumer number is 605070. Our agency name is Sugam Enterprises, we have always had problems receiving cylinder. Every time we book for cylinder we have to wait and wait atleast for a month and there is no proper response from the distributor. None of them answer the phone call and when we go and meet them in personally they dont respond properly, many consumers are facing such issues. This agency has been one of the worst agency in the past few years, previously we were with a different distributor and never used to face such problems. Only that agency was a little far away from our house. Kindly do the needful and if required please dont hesitate to contact me.Below is my contact details, hopefully this will help us.

Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas Pathetic service by the dealer Sugam Enterprise Bangalore

I am facing this problem from the day I have taken connection. There phone line are always busy or no response. They do not deliver till you do the follow up 5-6 times. Minimum delivery time is 15 days from date of booking. If you do not follow up they will not deliver the cylinder at all. Guys always ask for extra amount as delivery tips.

This is Ulhas bandi. I have HP gas from past 3 years. I have only one cylinder and for refill I need to wait for 48 hours, In this 2 days time I and my family have to survive with outside food which is expensive. Every month I request for additional cylinder but agency people says it would be available in next month. Till date, no additional cylinder and only hope from the agency. Is there any body to listen to my complaint and help me to get additional cylinder. This helps me in need of time and avoid to wait for long hours for cylinder

Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas No or late delivery of gas cylinder!

My consumer no. is 604363 and agency name is Divya Jyoti Enterprises (Shop no. 11/12, B Block, Shiv Shakti Complex, East Vinod Nagar, Delhi. In the last 2 months (May and June, 2007), I registered my request for booking 2 times (using MTNL automated Gas booking facility) and 3rd time on Monday, July 2, 2007. So far I have not been able to get my empty cylinders replaced. When I contacted on Monday, July 2, 2007, I was told that the Gas has already been delivered on June 15. I informed the agency that it has not been done so and your gas vendor is selling the gas in black market and also requested him to check the receipt. I have been following daily to remind him and I am being promised that it will be delivered today/tomorrow. This is unacceptable. These people do not realize the importance of service to customers and do not perform their duty seriously and in turn, customer only suffers.

Distributor Lalitha gas agency, hp gas dealer Kengeri satellite town bangalore 560060 has not delivered gas cylinder. I had placed order on 5 dec 2007 and till date 11 jan 2008 no cylinder. The person says no stock or no load of cylinder arrived to the said station. please do send the load of gas cylinder so that I can be given one.

Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas HP Gas booking systems and customer care is very bad!

We have facing the delay gas supply for past one year. We have 2 cylinders connection at Adyar, Chennai, Tamilnadu, INDIA Branch. But every time I will get the cylinder after empty of the both cylinders. I think they are booked in our name and sales it to black. And the booking systems also very bad. They are speaking language also very bad!

hello sir this is the complaint about te delay in deliver o the cylender.

i booked the cylinder on 30.o7.13.they told me that they will deliver within in one an two days.but till now they didn't do it. everytime they are repeating the same and also they are not producing my bill too.the service is very bad.plz consider my compliant and take action.

This is mal practice made by the deler and as well as company, oter wise why no one hearing about the complains on them, at berhampur plenty of cylender available in black but for the customer opt for booking system are not getting in time, what the time frame for booking and delevery of cyclender, we couldnot under stnad till today, nor any notice or system is displayed at deler point.

am from bangalore...here Maruthi Agenices is there... in Madevpura... here those guys are doing very very bad...booking and delivery... because.. each and every cylinder they are selling to black market... like Rs.500 to 600.. anytime its available.. so need to take action to this supplier... its thank ful for our area people...

In Mumbai some of the Gas Agencies of HP are very bad in shapes. The complaint/Suggestion registers are kept for the sake of formalities. There is no control of the HP administration over the agencies. Booking system is shabby. The complaints are redressed. The staff in some of the Agencies is adamant. Some of the Agencies such as K[censored]ij Gas Agency in Goregaon (East), Mumbai is a good example of the poorest administered gas agency I ever visited. Daily the office is crowded and one has to visit the office at least three to four times to get the gas cylinder.

I booked gas for home delivery on03.05.07 but till today 14.05.07 not deliver. Whenever you visit there representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. And when you call on phone no-body response.

This is my written compliant to HP As the service provider in Mira Rd Name : M/S jayshree gas services are not delivering cylinder on time & they provide cly of blacks on time if we people who are the member/ card holder they don't deliver the cylinder to us they tell us to take by your own way & if black people ask they deliver on time to them that also home delivery & we people do nt get home deliver. I pleased you people to take action against them. You people can go & also confirm from their & the person who is in charge over their he is also like that only. We people are facing problem from last 4yrs.

Till date we did not get the gas. ( Today's date is 28 - 11 - 07 )
Everytime we are asking them, they say that it will be delivered tomorrow, but that tomorrow never comes. and recently they have told us that on the date 8 - 11 - 07 they have delivered the cylinder, but till date we did not get any. I have not put my signature anywhere as at least it should appear on the receipt, if they say that the signature is there , then compulsory they have forged my signature , which is the biggest crime. Kindly look to this complaint and take action as soon as possible

Being govt. organisation, i cannot expect any reply from HP GAS soon but hopeful of it.

This is to bring to your notice that I had been supplied gas by R.S. Sharma H P GAS FROM DECEMBER 2006 TO JANUARY 2011 and they had excellent service but since february gas suppply to me has been transferred to Dipto Jyoti HP Gas Service and am sorry to say that they have very poor service. I had booked gas on 23.2.11 and received it on 11.3.11, now I have booked again on 5.4.11 which I am yet to receive. I would also like to bring to your notice that before December 2006 I used to get gas from here only and had a terrible time. Every single month I had to go and bring the gas myself from the godown. Hence I REQUEST the person incharge at HP GAS to kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

This is a regular practice of my Gas agency for not providing gas on time. I had been complaining about this for so long but there is no responce / Action from the company. Currently I had booked a gas on 15-03-2011 and till date the gas is not deliverd whaere as the worst of all is no body answers the call for quiery as well there is no such customer care support in HP gas. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR OF NEGLEGENCE FRO HP. Do we have an option to file a complaint that can be taken in action from these people or we have to live with it.(Ghaziabad-SEN GAS Agency)Jitin

I booked gas for home delivery but till today not deliver. And when you call on phone no-body response. Today when I called they tell me that their system is showing no booking since 26/9/2009, . So Gas delivery is blocked by the company now you can come and meet the manager or speak to the company directly. Ph. No. [protected]. No response.

Dear Sir last one year we are facing continues too much problem after booking the cylender.My Gas connection is from Priya Gas Agency, Hapur branch Ghaziabad. Sir, I booked gas for home delivery on 27.03.09 (booking No. 20877) till today 27.04.09 cylinder not deliver. Whenever I make phone call & go to your office to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. We had personally contact many times with agency owner Mr. Kamal (Date 16, 18, 21 & 23 Apr'09) but we have not received any positive answer from that side. Finally we had given our problem in writing on 25.04.09 to Mr Kamal & take receiveng. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service with HP. Sir, This is totally harassment case. Sir we are going in consumer court after this. We are not responsible for any problem which u have to face in future.

Kindly look in to the matter & solve the problem otherwise I have to take a legal action against you.

Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas - No additional cylinders provided!

I had got HP gas connection 2.5 years back, but still no additional cylinder provided. Whenever I ask, they will tell after 3/5 months. The same answer is given after that also. When we book a cylinder, it will be delivered after 3 or 4 days. No control over it.

Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas Distributor's mistakes!

I am from Coimbatore district pollachi town. This distributer selling black sales so cylinder delivery is too late to reach peoples. They not give proper response to customers. Every month when i book my cylinder they will take fifteen days for home delivery.

For last 5 months there is no door delivery service in my area. Also whenever we try to contact the agency over the phone to book the cylinder there is no response and hence needs to go personally to book the cylinder and again to take the delivery of the cylinder.

Dear sir,

I have a complaint regarding your booking response and delivery. I had booked for a new cylinder from your local distributer i.e., Shayadri Distributors, Shop.No.15, Mangala Stadium Complex, Ladyhill, Mangalore, which is in Dakshina Kannada dist. of Karnataka.But even after4 years after booking, I have not recieved the new/second cyclinder. After contacting with the distributer, they said that the delivery would be made within a year.But till now there has not been any action taken. On 20-04-2009 I was booked a regular cylider but till this date i.e.04-07-2009 they are not delivered to me.Bad service regarding delivery of the cylinder was regular problem to me..
kindly involve in this matter and take immediate steps as fast as possible.

near by my house at Gajapatinagar one raid was done to one house
where there has been a regular adultation process going on through help of
delevery man. i personally have sufferred from having less quantities of gas
supplied to my house . again i have been watching regularly that they have booked the gas in different customers and refilled it to the commercial cylinders. inspite of raid in the last month no action has taken against him . it can be noticed that the same process is reapeting. for more detail you can investigate in plot no 79, at-gajapatinagar, puri, 752002, orissa .

i am prakash from coimbatore, last friday 13-02-2009 your service person Mr-selvakumar came to my house and he told he is from hindustan petrolium we came for free checkup.And he cheked the gas stove and told there is a leackage in the stove we have to change the gas swith he changed the switch and billed Rs-410/- and he taken the old switch.now the problem is the gas is leaking under the small burner and it is getting fire under the gas stove.so we are not cooking in that stove.so pls ask your service person to check and give.

I govind singh was on rent in the house of Mr.M.R.Roy at C.R.Park (delhi)since 1993 to 1995 and Mr.M.R.Roy has HP gas conection no.604213 from Amit Gas Agency D.D.A flats Kalka ji.In 1995 he has shifted abroad and the conection sold to us when i contacted the said Agency regarding change of add.& Name of previous Owner the Agency Guys suggested me that I can only change the add. but not the owner's name and also insured that in future there will be no problems and since 1975 they started delivering cyllinder on my new Add.C-1036 Sangam Vihar new delhi and Till March 2008 I have no problems regarding delivery from Amit gas Agency.But in March 2008 they transfered my conection from Amit Gas Agency to KAMAKHYA ENTERPRISES A-166 Raju Park Devli Road N.D.62.When I contacted my new Agency they demanded owner ID proof I showed My HP Gas Book to him and requested them to help because I have no Id of MR.M.R.Roy then they told me that my conection is not Legal and I have to apply for a new connection I agreed for new connection and requested them to give me a new connection.They demanded Rs.3135 for new connection included for a Cyllinder, a pipe, a Regulator, a Lighter, a Chulha etc.but i requested them to please issue only a Cyllinder, a Pipe, a Regulator but they refused my request.
please help & suggest me ...ASAP..because I am paying Rs.500 for one Cyllinder from market and ...is it fair to asked for Id proof after 13 years .I have my own Add.proof and Id proof.B'cause since 1975 I living at C-1036 Sangam vihar N.D.62

Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas Gas leak not being attended!

We are being serviced by Manikanta gas agency , Sainikpuri, My consumer No.17020. We have reported Gasleak from the new gas cylinder, but to our dismay there is no one attending or listening. The complaint was recorded in person and the telephones are permanently not attended .

Hope complaints like leaking cylinder are to be taken up seriously.

OR DO NOT PREACH SAFETY AND ALL THE STUFF AND WASTE NATIONAL MONEY & RESOURCES ON THE TV AND MEDIA BY WAY OF GOVERNMENT FUNDING.

With Due respects, I am Har Krishan Lal (Retd. Teacher) of age 62, (Senior Citizen) R/o Ward no.8, near Banga Chownk, Garhshankar, Distt Hoshiarpur Punjab and my Consumer No. is 701920.
I request to that I am suffering of the worst service of local L.P.G Office under Management of Manjit Gas Service, Garhshankar. Its service is creating harassment amongst me. The home delivery of this agency is not reliable and not as good for old age persons like me. The delivery boys do not deliver cylinders door to door.

Honorable, Like me every senior person who is alone and unable to do hard work is suffering with these mal services. Moreover, some times the Manager, Agency Proprietor, and the staff of Manjit gas services they keep the phone off the hook. Yesterday I make many calls to the Manager, Agency proprietor and at the office they don’t pick my phone. I have no Gas more in my Cylinder. So, please Help me about that issue.
This all kindness will help us really and we shall be very grateful to you for all this

My name is Sankaranarayanan and we have a Gas connection in Hp in my spouse name and our consumer No is 603424; we booked in the second week of January 2009 and today is 05/02/2009 almost 4 weeks over; The Gas Company name is Kovai Gas Agencies, Vilankurichi Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore - 641004 ; All of their numbers are inactive. What shall we do?

1. we are not geting proper servive from agency.
2. they selling tank in block rate.

we are being served by laxmi gas agency, vikaspuri, new delhi, consumer no. 678031today one dilevery boy came with all details and gave the cylinder to my mother and took the money he also stated that the reciept are with dilevery boy mukesh who has sent me . after 10 minutes the other dilevery boy mukesh came saying that this cylinder contains water so my mother had to purchase the new cylinder. this is totally fraud and will surely spoil the name of the h.p gas ..
i want to know how come the details of the booking etc. were made available to the person who gave cylinder with water. .if this is going on then what measures have been taken by the h.p and your franchise to contorl this so that the customers are not looted in future. are yourdilevery man issued any I.cards. the above information may kindly be provided to me further you are reuested to take necessary actionin the matter.

We are being serviced by Amprapal Gas Service , Chinchwad.( Maharashtra ) My consumer no. is 621553. We always report the need for a new cylinder but never get it's delivery on time, unless we visit, repeated phone calls and then to our dismay there is no attending or listening. Often it happens that we are told that the gas is reaching on so and so time and when we ring up again on that time as the gas never reaches on the said time we are told some or the other excuse and for some reason or the other the supply is never made before 3-4 days. We are working and have to leave our office no. of times because always false commitments are made to us that the gas must be reaching within an hour or so. The gas shop is closed on Sunday and hence no deliveries are made on Sunday and even on working days there is no response before 11 a.m on phone as one is always switched off and the other remains and replied. Ultimately we have to visit their office and get our delivery so why has the agency given delivery charges ?

Hindustan Petroleum [HPCL] / HP Gas Very poor customer care service!

I am a citizen of Vadodara. I am a regular customer at petrol pump. The branch of the petrol pump is HPCL Coco Vasna road Vadodara. Every time I go to fill petrol in my car and then ask that I want to fill air they either say that the pump is not working or the worker is not present. When we asked for the complaints book at first they refused and then when they gave it to us there had been no actions taken against the complaints in the book. All the complaints were pending. When we asked the staff to give us your e-mail address or contact no. They said that they do not know. Following are the staff members

I had a very bitter experence with the and staff at COMPANY ORIENTED PETROL PUMP OF HP NEAR VICTORIA POOL, JAMNAGAR. I had gone for a refill of my car at the said pump and was treated in a very derogatory manner by the staff. The said STAFF instead of listning to my complaints of reluctance on the part of the staff for a filling, told me that I should behave as a `customer`AND STARTED ABUSING ME.. Dear sir,
Sub: Poor service and non-cooperative of the staff of M/s. Devidayal Enterprises, Sec.8 Rohini, Delhi-85.

My consumer no. is 620637. I had booked LPG on 13.1.2010 personally with the above said agency. after personal visit 6 times, LPG could not supplied till date.

I am very much vexed up with HP Gas and really feel uncomfortable with gas. There is always shortage for gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book a gas for 2 days till we get the line. And after you book, the delivery will take at least 15-20 days. I have booked gas for 10 days and no response as yet. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty with stupid rules of HP gas services. This service providers are a big failure. Not only me, wherever HP users are using their service, they are facing inconvenience... That is the future of HP.

You are requested to kindly take necessary action against the above said agency and their staff.

I had gone for a refill of my car at the said pump and was treated in a very derogatory manner by the staff and manager.
