I am staying in Warje, PUNE Maharashtra State.
I have a domestic connection with the local HP Gas Distributor-Ambika Gas, Warje naka Pune.
I have been observing this experience of poor cylinder delivery from last more than a year.

Every time I book for the cylinder –It has always taken more than 15 days for delivery of the cylinder
1. First thing is they never answer/pickup the phone line, either its kept ringing or they or they disconnect the handset,
2. Every time I have made at least 30 calls for registering for the cylinder and getting it.
3. They never keep the commitment, they keep giving FAKE promises that the cylinder will be delivered say today by 4:00 pm (today it self I had this exact experience, its 6:00 pm and the cylinder is not yet delivered, I tried calling them from 4:45 till5:45 pm but no answer to phone) and this incident repeats. And we have to wait at home keeping aside our other important tasks, and eventually waste our time.
4. This time I have booked the cylinder on 5th Feb and here’s the case history
a. They first promised me to deliver the cylinder on 10th feb, failed
b. Then they said it will be delivered on Saturday 17th Feb by 3:00 pm, FAILED
c. Today (20th Feb.-its been 15 days now) itself in the morning they promised to deliver it by 4:00 pm and FAILED
5. It seems that they give the cylinder of concerned consumer who is waiting, to somebody else who personally comes to the office and carry it personally.
6. I would like to bring to notification that carrying of Gas cylinder by consumers is illegal and dangerous (and I have always declined to do this)
7. It has become very frustrating for the consumers
8. I am experiencing this kind of BAD service for last 1 year.

Note: I would like somebody to take appropriate action on this in order to stop the misuse/illegal delivery and get a better service by this particular distributor – Ambika HP Gas Warje naka PUNE.
I am not sure as who else should send this mail from the HP?

Update to above complaint:

Today entire Day I kept calling at Ambika Gas office, but nobody bothers to pick up the phone, either its rings out or engaged.

Ridiculously frustrating...

i did call HPCL on this no [protected] / 020-[protected]
the 020 number is out of reach while when called the other...he said pls call after 10 mins...
this complain is against pravin stores for HP gas cylinders. After 6months he said, they would give us the second cylinder but now giving excuses of shortage and they have huge number of queues...why they had to give this commitment when its more than 6months.
And for the refill, they make me carry the empty cylinder to thier office and back the full cylinder. They dont have mercy on making a lady carry cylinders all the way thier store.

Nobody is taking care of thier consumers...
i dont think any action would b taken...as i tried many people...emailing...no hopes.
The only way out is taking a morcha out thier office..

Is there anyone to hear this pls.

If anybody have complaint against --> Ambika Gas Agency, Warje, Pune then they will directly contact to the LPG Regional Manager.

Hoping for be a good customer service from all Gas Agencies.

i have a LPG gas connection for the past 10 years with PREYA AGS AGENCY , KALADIPET , CHENNAI, MY CONSUMER NO IS 605639 and i find the delivery is very very very poor for the past one year . all the other competitive gas like INDANE , BHARATH GAS are supplying within 20 days from the date of delivery. but this specific gas agency is bookong the gas strictly on 21st day from the date of delivery and everytime they are telling that it will be delivered within 1 week and they are delivering on the 10th day . since we are having two gas connections we are not getting kerosene in ration. you please imagine that at this situation how can you expect the conumption of gas will come for hardly 30 days who is having 5 members in our family. this is very discusting and request you to find the remedy or else I dont bother to surrender my connection and get another with another company

I have a domestic connection with the local HP Gas Distributor-ANANTHA GAS AGENCIES HOSANGADI MANJESHWAR (KASARAGOD DISTRICT KERALA SATE)
i was booked refilled cylinder dated on 2nd October 2007 my booking number -95916, and also my consumer number-605871, last they are delivered on 27th September 2007, not yet get my booking cylinder, This is the fourth time that I am facing the same problem. They are very greedy and interested in selling the gas in black market charging more per gas cylinder. They are not at all bothered about their regular customers.First thing is they never answer/pickup the phone line, either its kept ringing or they or they disconnect the handset, It has become very frustrating for the consumers.

I am living in Warje area, and have 2 cylinder connection in Ambika gas agency where the process of delivery is so much poor that i am now frustrated with the services provided.
Can someone take initiative from the higher management and solve the problems of the customer.
Every time i request for the full gas cylinder i did not get proper response and i am unable to get the cylinder for 2 months of the register for the new refill cylinder. This is so much frustrating and bad.
There is no question of satisfying levels from this Agency,I am having so many never ending complain episodes with this agency and there is no solution to any of the problems.
Biggest of my problem is i had registered for 2 gas cylinders initially and recently i got to know that there is only one cylinder on my name, they have taken around RS 3000 for the same from me person named Samadhan Kamble was processing my request every time, now i am getting answers that he does not work hear now.

I have already booked the gas with Ambika Gas Agency, Warje, Pune on 22nd January 2007. But till date (today is 22nd February 2007) I have not received the gas. This is the fourth time that I am facing the same problem. Ambika Gas Agency has got a poor staff , a poor infrastructure and theirs is a very poor service. They are very greedy and interested in selling the gas in black market charging more per gas cylinder. They are not at all bothered about their regular customers. They never respond properly to the inquiries, complaints and delays. I am frustrated because of this.
