HP and Emax Service Center in Mirdif City Center / buying different hp laptop for 2 times!
I am writing this complain and I am totally frustrated with emax unit purchased as well as emax services.in my first visit to emax I purchased hp laptop and after one week of use found defected, so returned and replaced with new unit which again after one week of using it found again defected and emax service department advised to be replaced. I replaced the unit with another Lenova brand. when I asked the emax service counter to install the Microsoft office I was asked for the code on the invoice. here is the catch, I was totally surprised that emax with a big name has no whatsoever record of customer purchase history and I was asked to purchase another Microsoft office license to install in my unit... the service counter person in charge of installing the Microsoft office was blaming me as a customer for not having a code and I was stunt that we are in 2018 and still stores like emax working old fashion way in proceeding the purchase documents... if I am given a chance to purchase any electronic unit it will be definitely not from Emax.. sorry for the harsh word but I hope this will get the higher management department attention in Emax,
