HoverKicks black nova high tops

I bought the shoes in September as a Christmas Gift. ORDER #102718. I bought 3 pairs. 2 of the pairs given to other children seem to be fine. I gave the size 13 pair to my daughter for Christmas. She wore them a total of 5 times since Christmas. On February 4th (the 5th time) she wanted to wear them to celebrate the Eagles Superbowl. One of her shoes would not charge. I contacted customer service and we had correspondence regarding taking the shoe apart, making sure connection are connected, etc. I did as the website directed to know avail. CS offered to send me a new battery. i received the battery and again went through the process of re-connection etc. The shoe will still not charge. I asked for the shoe to be replaced. I sent a pic of the shoe showing the condition of the shoe. I was told that there is only a 14 day return window. I am appalled that this is your return policy. First of all the shoes were not even worn within 14 days of shipment. It has been a total of 40 days that she had access to the shoes before they started to malfunction. I am asking for a new size 13 right side shoe be mailed. If that is not a possibility then a refund and I will buy a new pair. I am trying to solve this problem in an amicable manner and feel that it is not too much to ask for $40 sneakers.

HoverKicks unethical behavior

I received shoes that were obviously damaged and returned from someone else. The front parts of both soles were yellowed and the insole from one of them won't fit in the shoe. (Two other pairs received were not yellow and the insoles fit well.) I contacted customer service and received authorization to return, but I must pay for shipping. I received defective shoes and they are going to charge me to return them. I sent them pictures proving the shoes were defective, and they insist I must pay to ship them back.

HoverKicks light up shoes

If I could rate a 0, I would. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on december 7, 2017 in hopes to get them by christmas. I received two pairs a little over a week later. After waiting for my last pair, I called on thursday, 12/21/17 to find out how much longer it would take for my shoes to get here. They told me my shoe was out of stock and asked me to pick a different shoe. I chose a different shoe. They reassured me that they would get it to me by saturday, 12/23/17. To make a long story short, they came a day after christmas. They were dirty and appeared to be used. The other pair did not work. They want me to pay for shipping for an exchange on shoes that do not light up. The only way I can get my money back is to pay to ship the shoes back. They have the worst customer service. They are not empathetic at all. Although I was not notified that my shoes were out of stock, and they came after the date promised, vincent (Customer service manager) says there will be no money given back because I got the shoes at the end of the day although they were late, and not the shoes I wanted, and dirty, and did not work. Will never buy again. I feel scammed so buyers beware!

HoverKicks small kids tennis

I ordered one pair of a model called Super Pegasus, size 2, pink... I received a complete different pair of shoes and the worst thing, they are damage, the lights of one of the shoes it doesn't work.
I am trying to change them but they are not accepting my recuest because I bought them 4 weeks ago, but they were a Santa Claus gift! How was I suppose to know that they where wrong and damage before?
I am so upset and so disappointed...

HoverKicks company is a scam

Ordered 4 pairs from them. My shipment only came with three pairs. Can't contact anyone from company. They barely respond to email. Worst company to do business with ever. I ordered for multiple kids. Including my own. And all the kids other kids I ordered for got them but my son. I'm highly upset with this company and will not do further business with them again in the duty.

HoverKicks child’s hoverkicks

I placed my order on 12/11 and recieved confirmation.
I messaged hoverkicks yesterday 12/19 asking for the status because I had not recieved my daughters shoes. Today 12/20 I get a text message stating "your order has been canceled due to insufficient stock of the product. Your account will be refunded". This is horrible! This was my daughters main xmas present, and now it's too late for me to do anything for her! Anything ordered today will not come on time. Heartbroken! And angry! A child should not have to go with out their x mas present because of this form of poor, unorganized business process.

HoverKicks horrible communication

5 days before Christmas I never received a tracking number; so I called the company and they tell me they don't have the size. The funds cleared my account. Normal companies do not process the payment until the item is shipped but not in this case. We never received notification that the order wasn't going to be shipped. My daughter isn't going to understand the apology. Its sad I had to reach out to them for them to tell me that they took my money without a product.

HoverKicks don't buy anything from them

For all of those people who never received their packages on time and those who had to wait forever, I have one information I found out recently: this company is based in Hong Kong, so everything they promise regarding fast shipping is a huge lie. Judging by my and many other people's experience. I had to wait for 2 months for my order to arrive. It's just ridiculous. I called them every week, but it didn't make any sense.
My order arrived yesterday, but one week before this I called them and this representative told me that their warehouse is not in the US, so I shouldn't be surprised that it takes so long to arrive. Only it's not mentioned anywhere...
So it's better not to order from them at all.

When I first received my hoverkicks they we're working fine.Then after a few wears the light in the right shoe turned off.I tried charging for at least 2 days but it still wouldn't work.I deserve either a new pair or a refund

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes but only recieved 1 pair. This is one of the orders but we are still missing our other order. I was wondering if you would send me the other order the same as this one but a size smaller.

I ordered these sneakers as a Christmas gift. One sneaker (the right one) will not charge or turn on. Sneakers have never been worn. I am very disappointed. Wish I would of seen all of these complaints before I purchased them. If someone starts a lawsuit or knows of one please let me know. I am keeping the product and all of the documents.

I ordered two pair of shoes on Dec 9 but only one pair was shipped on Dec 23, two weeks later, and I am unable to reach anyone.
I have been calling and emailing but the emails ate automatic respones. I will make an attempt to dispute this transaction.

Bought a pair of these for XMAS 2016, for my 11 year old son. Paid between 70 and 80 dollars. One half of one shoe stopped working after a month. Customer service said no refund and no replacement. I guess they are aware of the bad quality.

Received shoes took out of box granddaughter tried them on too small and they want pictures for a return unnecessary shoes never worn. Only ordered and paid more money to get before school. Could have ordered through another company either send me a shipping label refund my money or I will contact pay pal for refund

HoverKicks red hoverkicks

I am pissed off cause I ordered some hoverkicks from your company and I never got them in. I payed forty-nine dollars for them and this was two three weeks ago so if y'all don't send me the shoes that i payed for then I just want my money back. Ok thanks bye. Oh yeah and if yalls company doesn't want a lawsuit on there hands then I would suggest that yalls company provide the customer with the thing that has been payed for.

You should contact the company directly. If they don't respond and you don't receive your merchandise you can always file a dispute with your credit card company.

HoverKicks shoes

Ordered 2 pairs of Hoverkicks for my kids. One pair arrived within a week of ordering (even though it was free 2 day shipping) and within a week of wear stopped charging. About the time that one stopped charging the 2nd pair arrived damaged, cannot charge. I'm processing a return, however they sent me an RMA and no shipping label. I had to call them about it and was told "you are on the list to receive a label", but nothing they have sent me in any of their emails indicates that I will receive on. All around a poor experience.

HoverKicks hoverkicks / order # 98841

I placed an order for a pair of sneakers on 07/31/17. Two weeks passed by and I never received my order after I received several emails from Hover Kicks notifying me that my package was out for delivery. I called many, many times to the NYC office as well as UPS International service. I was told by UPS my package was stuck in customs with no date for release or delivery, meanwhile I'm still receiving emails from Hover Kicks indicating my package is out for delivery.

August 7th I called the NYC office and spoke to a so-called supervisor who gave me the run around. Called him again August 10th, 14th & 15th out of which one of those days he wouldn't speak to me and sent a message with the rep. who picked up telling her to tell me "he remembers me and I will be receiving a refund." Today, is August 24th and I still have not received a refund nor the sneakers. I called again and apparently this Vincent guy was not available and they gave me some guy called Rob who was supposedly another supervisor. Well this guy was worse than Vincent! SMH

This guy is now telling me a refund has been issued to me when no refund has been issued at this point. He's also now telling me that I will be getting a refund for $36.00 when my order was for $45.99. He said I will not be refunded the shipping because I refused the package but I never got the package so I can I refuse a package I never received! REALLY! Is this how they stay in business by robbing folks?

I feel that after one month not only should I get the sneakers for FREE but I should also get a full refund. This dude even refused to provide me with a name of someone or anyone higher than him, all he did during our conversation was antagonize me. So here I am a month later with no sneakers, no refund and no solution!

I am sorry but I tried to be polite but my experience with this company does not warrant them my respect.

Received a call from [protected] requesting I go online and resubmit for a refund. I do not have an order # only a transaction ID# and an invoice#. Called the number you gave me no response only computer to speak with. Invoice # on box sneakers came in. Please send me a shipping label My email is [protected]@yahoo.com my name Sue Watts. I understand now why the reviews online are negative about this company. If need to I will eat the cost of the shoes and deal with pay pal or E bay about your service. These shoes have not been worn just tried on put back in box too small and poor quality. It was not an issue putting my order in the system to send why such an ordeal to get me in system for a refund. You took the money sent to you. I did not know the workmanship of these shoes is not satisfactory not just to me but to others.

HoverKicks hoverkicks kids mini super nova white

The mother company is Maxima E-Commerce Holding LLC - They are awful. I bought the Hoverkicks on April 23rd. One shoe stopped working at the end of May. I promptly contacted them and got a too bad hw sad you only had 30 days to return them. Wrote again.. They said check the battery and for loose wire. It was a loose wire way at the front of the shoe. This is a clear manufacturer defect as no way a 9 year old would go into the toe and pull apart wires. The show is unwearable because we had to pull the sole up to get to the loose wire. Look at their BBB rating it explains everything. Customer service calls me back... another to bad how sad. They took my money and won't replace a manufactures defect.

I got HOVERKICKS for my daughter's birthday. Her birthday is on June 28th and she wore them 4 times since that day, unfortunately one of the shoe is not charging and it doesn't lighten up.
Customer service sent me new battery, but it did not help.
The final respond was : "We do apologize for any inconvenience. However, you are over the 14 days to return the pair for a refund and the 30 days to return the pair for an exchange. Please review our return/exchange policy here (https://hoverkicks.com/pages/return-policy).".
This is unfair and very disappointing. I did not ask for $ back, I just asked for help to fix the problem

HoverKicks four different pairs of shoes - all have the same problem!

Bought two pairs of shoes from Hoverkicks to take on our vacation to Las Vegas. Get them in the mail, open them up - one of the soles in a pair of my shoes had been ripped out, the battery removed and the wires were shredded so it didn't work at all. My husband wore his to work the next day and his left shoes stopped working within hours. I started the return process only to find that because they weren't in perfect condition (even though they both came to us broken) we weren't allowed a refund which was fine. We liked the shoes we just wanted a pair that worked. So we go through the exchange process and received our replacements the day before we left for our vacation. Get to Las Vegas, put them on to go site-seeing within hours both of our shoes stopped working. Get home - try to contact their customer service to talk about getting a refund. Again they refused us a refund but this time it was because we "were beyond the 14 day return policy" even though we had only had our second pair for a total of 7 days. They ignored e-mail after e-mail after e-mail. Finally, my husband gets through to them on the 1-800 number and we are refused a refund again but are going to make an exception and allow us to exchange them for two new pairs of shoes. The catch is - we have to pay for the return shipping. I will never deal with this company again. It's a scam. Find a different brand of LED shoes to purchase or else you'll be stuck with shoes that they know don't work.

HoverKicks timeliness

I purchased two pairs of shoes for my daughter's birthday. The two day shipping was a breath of fresh air because that meant I would get it in time for her birthday party. Well, the "fine print" says two days package on top of two days to ship. I bought these 17May17 and it is 23May17...still no shoes. Getting a hold of customer care was another pain. I emailed the company, I got an automatic email reply stating they would respond to me within 72 business hours (no response yet, I emailed them the 19th). I then went to their site to contact them on the chat, I got a reply "we will reach you back within three business days, try emailing us for quicker assistance"...I then called the company. One of my two pairs of shoes was on its way (finally). I asked what happened to the second pair, the rep said "the company accidentally FORGOT to order shipment" SO I have to wait another week and a half to two weeks for the company to get that shipment and THEN another two days to package and ANOTHER two days to ship. The rep said "if you want, you can cancel that shipment and exchange for another pair we have in stock" Like how is that going to fix my problem? My daughter wanted the other ones. So far my experience with this hoverkicks company is late late LATE on everything! Responses, shipment, etc. I'm afraid to see the quality of these shoes.

HoverKicks hoverkicks half of the leds quit upon first wear

We ordered the Hoverkicks as a birthday gift for my son on 4/21/17. They arrived quickly on 4/26/17. We charged them up per the instructions and they were working fine when he left for school at 8am on 4/27/17.

By the time I picked him up from the bus he said they only worked for about an hour. The left shoe's lights quit working fully and they went dead. I plugged them in when we got home and could see that the red lights do come on and flash to indicate charging, but only halfway on the left shoe.

After charging again, my husband was able to find a specific spot that if he presses the right way the lights all come on but when he lets go half go out. It's basically right near the arch so your foot would not naturally have a lot of contact in this area. It's obviously a defect in the manufacturing creating a short in the wiring.

My son is in a cast and is under a physician's note for no physical activity so it's not like he was doing anything crazy in them.

Complaining formally is pointless since the policy says absolutely no evidence of any wear. Well he did wear them for 6 hours, out of which they worked for one, so why bother.

My son is devastated, he really loves shoes and wanted a pair for quite sometime. I only hope to inform others about our experience and if I can save even one family some heartache and $50 then great!

HoverKicks I'm sure this site is a scam

Purchased a pair of Hoverkicks shoes for my son and that was supposed to be his Christmas present. And as we all know Christmas was a long time ago, and it's already mid April, but still no shoes.
I contacted them in January and March and they said that my order was on its way. Every time I contacted them they said one and the same thing.
The worst part is that they let my cancel my order! When I tried to cancel it they said that their policy did not allow them to do that. They said that I can only get a refund or a replacement but first I have to wait for my order and then send it back to their office. The whole thing seems like a scam, I'm 100% sure they never shipped anything!

If you ever do get them don't even open the box. Ours didn't take long to arrive but half the lights on the left shoe stopped working the first day the shoes were worn (today). They were working when he left for school and he said they worked for about an hour. The kids in a cast so it's not like he was even being all crazy or overly active in them. Since their policy says absolutely no evidence of any wear at all I am sure trying to get a refund is pointless in our case. It's a scam indeed, whether you get them or not. Everyone in my son's class, even teachers, thought they were so cool. I will make sure that he tells everyone to avoid these. I do hope you get your refund.

HoverKicks light up shoes

They promised two day shipping. Product never arrived and my daughter didn't get them for Xmas . Her grandfather had to come back after he got them to recelebrate Xmas to give them to her. They Arrived three weeks later. He came back and we opened the box. No remote no charger. Emailed them but no response. Emailed again and finally got a response. A weekish later remote and charger arrive. Remote doesn't work.
More emails back and forth... they finally send me a second remote. Remote doesn't work. Obviously the original shoes are defective.
Called and they tell me " out of warranty so no return no refund"!

I am filing with attorney general and disputing the bank charge.

My daughter is heartbroken and I am angry
