HoverboardCloseoutsHoverboard will not charge

When we received the hover board it was charged and worked for a few hours and then nothing at all. It will not re charge. I have sent several emails to the customer service and have made several calls and spoken to a few different people, Hector and Oscar and another female at one point. They all seem to take a claim and let me know that they will send a new charger, however nothing has yet to be done. My first phone call and email to them was on December 26th. It is now January 13, 2017 and still nothing ... Very upset that people like this do not take care of their customers. Order #5392
