I purchased a hover board Dec 7th for a Christmas gift for my son. There were no instructions in the box and the hover board was charged but once that ran out it never charged again. This was a gift from "Santa" how do you explain to you child who still believes that Santa made him a bad gift and I can't get anyone to actually help me? I have emailed 5 times and called at least a dozen. I get the same run around about sending me a damn return label and I am in line. It has now been 5 weeks and they are telling me 2 more weeks. This is insane and I am extremely frustrated. I just want a hover board that works. I have even asked if they will send me a new board an I will promise to send his board that does not work as soon as they send me the return label...
