I ordered a new hoverboard closeouts and I received a used hoverboard. I have been calling them since 12/19 trying to return the board in an effort to get my money back. It took me 4 days before I could get someone on the phone. I call Morning, Noon and night and on the 5th day of calling I finally got someone. I continue to get the run around. They first requested for me to send pictures of the board. Than I have been informed for the past 2 weeks to wait on an email from UPS so I can return it. im convinced that they are hoping that people would get tired of the run around until they give up trying to get there money back. I WILL CONTINUE TO CALL UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
