Have contacted the company no fewer than a dozen times over the past 35 days, trying to get them to email me a shipping label so that I could exchange a non-functional hoverboard. Get the run-around every time I speak to someone with their answering service- I am always told that the department (for which the answering service has no phone number) that emails the shipping labels will be sent an email requesting that action.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in New Brunswick, NJ I was told by one representative to request to speak to a supervisor via email. I've never received a response to any of my emails and I have yet to receive the shipping label. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and they've yet to hear anything from the company either. I originally wanted to exchange the product, but now I just want a refund of my money. My 7 year old would just like his Christmas gift.
