Hoverboard 360 / Never received refund or store credit, impossible to get through by phone

Received notification regarding recall of Hooverboard. I sent the product back, it has been signed for so I know they received it. It has been 4 months I still have not received a refund or store credit. I call daily and send emails daily and get no response back. Poor customer service, company should close. I want my money back, I do not want any store merchandise nor another Hooverboard due to safety concerns. They have refunded certain clients so they should offer it to everyone.
