Erik Selvaggio 7:57 AM (31 minutes ago) to CustomerService My name is Erik and bought one of your boards for my son for Christmas. I had issues right from the start it was supposed to be here in 5 days after about 7 days i called and e mailed for days with no response finally received a response and it had not even been shipped yet.then i got it and within minutes it started making a rubbing noise and my boy was very bummed.but kept riding it and then it would randomly shaking and made him off the board hurting his foot and shin. i have already today tried to call to no response again and a full voice mail. and also e mailed yesterday i need the manager or owner to call me as soon as possible.my son can not even ride it, Erik [protected]

I have the same complaints as above, customer service is horrible, my hover board will not take a charge and every time I call can't talk to anyone and voice mail is full. Need to get it back to the factory before the 6 month warranty expires.

I am having the same issue as everyone else. Customer service is horrible and will not return phone calls or emails. The board will not stay charged. I'm calling my bank to see if any way I can dispute my charge since I have multiple emails and phone calls and no one returning my calls. The worst customer service ever!

Hoverboard 360 has the worst product and customer service that I have ever experienced. My complaint is the same as the 2 previous comments, they never answer calls or emails

I am experiencing the exact same problem. Hoverboard360 customer service is horrible. They shipped a defective unit, it was broken the moment taken out of the box on Christmas morning. Left wheel randomly shakes, causing my son to fall from the board. Left wheel gets extremely hot. No longer keeps a charge. I have called and emailed Hoverboard360 for over a week. I received one email asking me to complete a form, and send them pictures of the defective unit. They have yet to respond to my email. Today, I finally got someone on the phone, they say I will receive a return shipping label to return their defective unit, and they expect me to PAY SHIPPING COSTS to return their defective unit that was broken from the moment it was taken out of the box. HOVERBOARD 360 is a total, complete consumer rip-off! Every single affected customer of Hoverboard 360 needs to lobby complaints with the Consumer Protection Agency here https://www.usa.gov/consumer-complaints

I am having problems with mine shaking and it will not charge no matter how long I leave it plugged in. Kids rode it twice and now can't ride it at all. I have called a few times and it tells me mailbox is full and cuts my call off. I paid too much money for this Hoverboard for it to be useless after two days. I need a new contact number that will actually let me talk with someone. I am furious!
