I am extremely unhappy with AT&T DSL as an internet carrier. With my husband bing laid off from his job we have no choice but to keep it, for the time being. It is slow. In fact it is slower than my dial up was. I can't afford to call your customer service help line any longer because it's no longer a free call. We don't have the money to pay for 30 minute calls to people that speak broken english and if they don't know what to tell you they just say you'll have to call the technicians and they will charge you to fix it. Do I like your service? No I do not. Do I want to upgrade my service? No I do not. I don't understand why you think I am a business either. I am not a business. My husband and I are just trying to make ends meet until He finds employment again. I will assure you that when that happens, I will be changing internet carriers.
