Hotel liar who took all money from the credit card
I have contacted them more than ten times and they took away my money for 260 euro in March but no response till now (April18).
Below is my letter to them

Dear sir,
I have contacted your colleagues via your website "contact us" system for more than five times. I have provided all the evidences as attachment.
But it seems you only have the only answer that " I should solve it by myself by clicking "my trips" of your website."
But there is no trip in my account although I have been charged by you one month ago for a trip in May.
I didn't get any useful help. I will contact my bank and raise an issue of fraud charge if I couldn't get any reply.
I didn't see any trip in my account or any confirmation letter. I don't know why but I think there is something wrong with the system for my booking no : 2668814
from May 25-28, 2016 for 3 nights, four guests.

AAccording to my bank statement, I was charged on the date I booked but there is no further information I received for a month. And I couldn't see this booking from my account either.

They got deposit and stopped to reply
The company www.housetrip.com is really unprofessional and bad. I booked the small house for the summer vacation through them, but these jerks got the deposit, my info and suddenly stopped to communicate with me. I called them, left messages and tried to find these scammers, but all my attempts failed. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.
