I wish to complain about my order #[protected] that I purchased on 19th March 2017.
There are some items I've found damaged and this is the second and the last time I've ordered from Awok and it's sad to say that you have a very bad service as in picture you're showing very nice items but in reality it's not the same which you are advertising online to attract the customers just in sake of money.
Since i'd opened my parcel I've found these two items in bad conditions :-
1. In-Ear Earbuds Headset With Remote & Mic, Black is not working .
2. Hotpot Big Size cover is loose and it will open automatically.
Kindly note that i don't need your coupons like you'd sent me few months before after complaining about broken glass bowls.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 5 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing images of damaged items.
