someone from hotmail accessed my hotmail account which I used in Australia and has been closed and unused for over 30 months and does not exist any longer which has blocked my UK email account for nearly 3 weeks now I have importment files importment information saved to this account which I do not wish to lose so want help to unblock it web site so far has been unhelpful.

my hotmail recovery, lodged complaints all i get back is that it will cost me got quoted $60 two days later $120.00 and third time $199.00. Mircosoft sent me emails to go into their sites to recover hotmail and they blocked out some questionaire answers so you have to go through their technicians whom will get your email back for a fee. I want my hotmail address back because it has important data and information i need urgently.

I have an hotmail account (kevingozal@hotmail.com) and I tried to open it from my laptop it always ask me to verify. they told me to receive the code from an email that I no longer use, I remembered I have changed that email to a new email however they never did change. But what confused me and pissed me is that why should I verify my own account when I always open that account in my laptop?

my hotmail account chopranaresh@hotmail.com has been blocked since more than 2 months. They ask to send some code on a non existent email address and there is no option to add a new email address or mobile number where their code can be sent. Also there is no response from them on what is the next step.

Apparently someone has hijacked my husbands email address and is sending hyperlinks to my friends and relatives, some of whom are starting to get annoyed with me.

this site uses one persons e-mail to send adds to all in the contact list. The adds are addressed from your contact, but if you hit reply, these addresses show up. (hivervoyages.2579@yahoo.com, listcheck.670@yahoo.com weird. Could everyone send them 10 e-mails? A little turn-about.

Get red cross instead of opening attachment in hotmail. No respons from hotmail support group for one week

I need some advice on how to close my hotmail account. My account has been hacked and stolen. Hotmail is unable to help me to close the account. The culprit(s) have emailed my contacts selling illegal stuff. Please give me some advice

I am unable to view my emails since the past one month, could someone advice me on the same. When I enter my password the inbox page does open, but when I click to view the email, nothing happens, I cannot delete any messages either, or check the contacts. I opened a yahoo account and thought of importing the contacts, but that too is not happening. Please help me in this

Hotmail is currently experiencing problems that is preventing some hotmail users from being able to open any mail from a laptop. I have written previously about this but have not had any response from hotmail themselves. This is extremely inconvenient and luckily I have finished my university degree otherwise it would have been a disaster. What can be done about this?

Recently hotmail have changed their format. Now it takes for ever to upload files, photos and even mail them to our loved ones. I am very upset. This was the only way to keep in touch with family and friends. You may say do it through facebook, my answer is I gaurd my privacy.

Two days back, I found that my hotmail account was hacked. It was not opening with my password & on the same day, my friend / reatives got wierd mails from my account !

Request you to look into this matter immediately and let me know what action should be taken against such crime. Moreover, I have lost all the important mails of my account. How to retrieve these mails ?

My Hotmail was hijacked today 2/17/10. Someone used my hotmail address and sent embarrassing e-mail attachments from a Canadian drugstore everyone on my maillist.
Is there no one I can complain to or have it checked out? What do other people do about it? This is pretty serious.

A fraud email stating that Rev Monsi was in the UK was sent to his well wishers, requesting for money as the email falsely stated that he was stranded. A well wisher already sent USD 2500 to the hacker.

Pl could you lay hold of the account - and freeze it - so that it could be reactivated by Rev Monsi.

My hot mail id which I was using for serval years under the name jiji_joseph@hotmail.com was hacked by somebody.There are many junk e mails sent from my id starting on 23 October 2009 12:21PM and they have given email to all the addresses in addressbook.

I hate the way Hotmail just fills up with spam.. No matter how much I mark stuf as Junk, it just keeps coming in.
I cant understand why this happens with Hotmail when all the other online email providers like Gmail and Yahoo Mail have eliminated almost all spam...

Two days ago I could not get into my msn.com account. Had to have a new password texted to my phone. When I did open my account, I had two dozen "failure to deliver" notices and when I looked them up, someone had sent ads from "workathome" to all my contacts and
people I did not know. They even had a picture of me from 10 years ago at the top of the

My daughter is being stalked by a man that has a hotmail account, He using it to catch women. It is so bad, she had to get her cell phone changed, he was sending threatening texts to her, police have been called on this. We have looked into our system an we have good reason to block you. You have been blocked for preying on 9 to 11 year old children online. We have gotten many complaint from the parents of both boys and girls about you preying on them and asking for personnal information. While you may tell everyone that you are 10 years old we believe you are a gown man preying on young children.

I can read the complaint but as is usual with hotmail there is no answer. Why?

It may have to do with the power outage in California, Arizona, etc... 1.4 million without power. If the server is located there, that may be why it is down.

How much do you pay for hotmail? You get what you pay for.
