Hotmail / blocked and apparently not who I say I am!

I have been blocked from my account & advised to set up a new account. This has been stressful, frustrating and downright inconvenient.

I am disgusted by the 'privacy settings' Hotmail have implemented. I am the owner of this account & I have entered all the relevant details correctly & on numerous occasions.

This whole situation has been incredibly distressful & unnecessary.

I do not want to open a new account & even if I did you would still be preventing me from accessing important emails on my blocked account.

I AM THE ACCOUNT HOLDER, I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE ASKED.

I am disgusted and horrified by the way you have dealt with this.

As if this was not bad enough - I have emailed you regarding this (had no reply), tried the online chat with no success & held on the 'support' line for more than 15 minutes with no answer.
