I was charged eight different times on three different occasions on my debit card, I have not knowingly purchased anything from this company, Hothead Games. The charges are as follows:

I don't know or why my debit card was charged but I would like my money back and honestly I have never even heard about you guys. Or even how my card was even used on here please help me and give me back my refund of my money which was $21. And some cents

Tap joy offer free gold for aquiring a six star hero in epic summoners. Got a six star hero yesterday no gold reward. Please give me the reward i should have gotten already. My user game name is fennellsnake. I dont remember the amonut of gold but it was decent. Took a long time to get a six star hero. The more free gold usually the harder or more time investing the task is. Thank you.

Hothead Games has a game called Big Win Football.
The have an Event that runs Friday to Monday. The Top Ten Winners along with the first Place Team win Big Bucks Prizes. Without letting the players know, They did not award any Prizes to 10/14/1920 Event winner. No Big Bucks, No Trophy and no posting of the results. Players are very upset and Support is not responding to any player.
while they claim the game is free, player's spend thousands of dollars to upgrade their Teams. Not paying off on Prizes is a huge Fraud since we are paying to play the game.

Again, no way for a player to contact them. they do not answer their phone nor do they respond to customer Support emails. Both adults and minors play this game, so they are stealing from children to!

I have taken screen shots of wins on Big Win Football where you are supposed to $5 Kiip bucks. The screen shots show the wins and Kiip bucks before and the change in wins but no change in Kiip bucks and they say they cannot fix it because it is an issue with Kiip. They ask for the video for the Kiip bucks but by the time you see that you have not gotten the rewards you were supposed to get the video is gone.

I've sat for weeks trying to get a problem resolved in my game with the PvP cutting out and putting me VERYYY far behind in events and hero pieces and even from purchasing in the PvP store. I've sent mail after mail and the only time I got an actual reply was when I got angry and even then they refused to help me all I've asked of them is to fix my problem on the PvP bugging out and stopping me from playing and to compensate me for the loss that I've suffered due to a problem on thier end. They have already had to compensate the community as a whole for the problem once and still didn't fix it, for me at least. I've sent my tablet model number and my android version but they refuse to help please I have no idea what else to do fix this! I've even attached a screenshot of it freezing showing and proving I'm not a liar please help!

Tapjoy owes me 12/15 k gold. They refuse to reward me and you refuse to put the boot in.ive got not tapjoy purchases on my account for 16/18 mths now..
I'm disgusted with your customer service and your blatant dis respect to gamers like me.
Your predatory marketing .. come on $159.99 for gold for virtual guns. That's 25% more than a days income here..
Your game only survives from basement dwellers as well as big $$., no skill in game anymore..
I've given away my main at lvl 54 and 4 minis.

I purchased some gold in the store then it crashed and come up with a error code now every time I reload the app it come up say internal server error my account id is 14F85E1A5E8F1F00_bops-usual-2_529 its also taken the money out my account i spend a lot of money on this game i would really appreciate it if you could sort it out if you would like to contact me my email is [protected]@hotmail.com this happened on the 29th of november 2017

I play kill shot virus. Tapjoy offers free gold. I tapped on dunder.com finalised all the steps (go to dunder.com, open an account, deposit 20 euro and get a confirmation mail of dunder.com). But I didn't get my 1100 gold pieces. This is already the second time this is happening with tapjoy when large amounts of gold have to be awarded. I raised a ticket, but dunder.com was not in the list. So I used another offer. The tapjoy robot awarded me 28 gold for this offer, but the reward for dunder was 1152 gold. I haven't claimed the 28 gold yet. Please award the 1152 gold to me. Evidence was send in the initial ticket a raised. Ticket number is [protected]. Hope for a quick and positive reaction

when i activate my assault perks only two of them work, instead thunderclap and shrapnel kick in ?
i have screen shots to show you what i mean, its making it difficult to win assault missions .
through out all missions wether ive selected these two perks or not they just keep being used.
on assault missions it looks like they have been killed so i move onto next target, but its the thunder clap making them drop, so im losing out

I have heard many complaints from my fellow gamers just recently. Although this is probably the best game I've played on this type platform, there are some issues.

First, I know guys and gals that spend a lot of money on this game trying to get special weapons, and they are rarely given out. This happens to me as well. I have personally spent in excess of 1200 gold trying to get event weapons and nothing. Furthermore, once you luckily get an event weapon, you can almost kiss that 4x upgrade goodby. It never comes.
Second, I spend very little on this game, but I use tapjoy constantly. I have received plenty of gold this way, but I have about [protected] gold that they still owe me. I have contacted them numerous times, and while some disputed offers have rolled in, most have not. Also, their App will not work on an iPhone 7. Very frustrating. Please help. While I love playing this game, and meeting new people, a lot of these folks, along with myself, are becoming quite irritated.

I'm sorry but if u own a multi million dollar business and dealing with the public / saying your product to the public should have to list a customer care phone number so customers who has a issue can contact them. Because by email u hardly ever get an answer and also sometimes u need to know something at the moment not a month down the road. This is the worst customer care I have ever seen
