HotelsClick refund not received

Booking no. [protected] tried to ring customer services at your company for 2 weeks, cannot get through, I booked the hotel with hotelsclick and paid £94.75 immediately on the 14/11/18 & received a confirmed voucher booking which I printed off. On the 28/11/18 I received an email stating technical reasons had caused an administration problem that you couldn t guarantee the confirmation (even though I had a confirmed voucher booking) it was cancelled by you on the 12/12/18 and noted that a refund would follow within 15 days, this didn t happen, then on the 14/01/2019 an email was received stating you regretted that it was not possible to follow the refund procedures because of world economical issues that had surfaced. I will wait 15 days for my refund of £94.75, otherwise I will have no alternative to take the matter further, yours respectfully jonathan hoyle

HotelsClick hotelsclick booking cancellation - no refund!

I made a booking (ref no H2018-86760) on 27/10/2018, hotelsclick cancelled the booking on the 27/11/2018. They advised it would take 15 days to refund the money, it's been nearly two months with no refund. Customer support at hotelclick will not respond to multiples emails that I have sent them asking of the refund. I have tried calling multiple times and end up being put on hold for over an hour.
The whole site appears to be a scam and I am being owed over $1, 300 AUD in refund.

HotelsClick cancelled reservation h2018-53244

On June 15th 2018 I booked a Hotel under reservation H2018-53244 for which u$s 1136.97 were charged to my Mastercard.
Suddenly, on November 29th 2018 I received a mail informing me of the cancellation of the booking.
Following my inquiry I received several mails (attached) saying the Reservation could not be confirmed by Hotelsclick and that I would receive instructions to get a refund.
Until now, I havent received anything.
I need and expect (at least!) a full refund of my payment.

HotelsClick hotel booking cancelled but money taken

I booked a hotel room 8 nights in December for three people in Disneyland Paris area on February 7th 2018. Two weeks away from my arrival date I just got an email from hotelsclick.com and they just cancelled my reservation with the hotel. I am now without any hotel and have to find another hotel at very high rates and most probably far from where I wanted to be. They took the money on the same day of the reservation and never passed it to the hotel.

My reservation number for this was H2018-11949. I have tried phoning them for the past 2 days and sent many emails and they never got back. They are a fraud and many people are reporting the same thing that has happened to me.

Please do something about the company. Stop them from doing such things to people. My holiday I was looking forward to is destroyed.

HotelsClick fraudulent business practice

I have booked a hotel room in Italy for my business trip. I decided to try HotelsClick service because they seemed trustworthy enough. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews earlier.
So I made a booking and paid the whole amount.
Two days passed and I started to get nervous because no one contacted me and there was no information regarding my booking.
I called HotelsClick but no one replied, so I decided to call the hotel directly. Hotel manager told me that they were informed that I have TRIED to book a room but they did not receive the payment! What?
I've tried many times to contact HotelsClick but they ignored me! This is a fraudulent business, HotelsClick should be investigated and shut down!

HotelsClick site is scamming and stealing money from costumers

We booked the hotel rooms through the website www.hotelsclick.com. We were immediately charged for the hotel rooms and got the confirmation, but it came from unknown company. We checked their email, but we couldn’t reply on it. The company scammed us and we have no possibility to get money back. We called the hotel, but they replied that they didn’t have such reservation. Scam.

HotelsClick they don't post policy on the website

People, avoid the website www.hotelsclick.com. We found the hotel and booked it, but it turned out that they didn’t return money back or provide any help. They took money and provided booking number, but 10 days later we asked them, if we could get money back, because we wanted to cancel the booking. But the rep told “no” and advised to check their policy, but we haven’t found it on the website. So, think twice before you deal with them.

H2018-76257 - Booking to Dubai. Received email less than a month before holiday cancelling booking. No refund was issued and I am unable to get hold of anyone by phone or email. This is being reported to the police and I will be seeing legal action. They have stolen money and are clearly con artists.
