I booked a hotel through Hoteling for 5 nights. Before I made my booking I checked their booking conditions where it was said that the booking could be cancelled without any charges. Four days before the arrival I cancel the hotel because my plans had changed. I've waited few days and decided to contact customer support and ask about my refund. They refused to give my money back and did not bring any resolution. I contacted my credit card company and now they are trying to get my refund. Avoid this place at all costs!
