Hotel villa morgagni / hotel quality, safety and broken amenities

I have just recently stayed at this hotel. I was first given a very small room with just a shower when I requested a bath due to my disabilities. I then got given a bigger room with a bath on the ground floor. This room had a broken chair, broken toilet seat, mold on the ceiling and the WiFi didn't work. The breakfast was stale and had flies constantly on the food and overall the quality of the food was awful. There was also mold and water pouring from ceiling in the breakfast room which caused me to slip over as there was no sign or anything to let me know which is a huge misconduct of the health and safety regulations of a working place. The view from our room was blocked by huge metal laundry trolleys and staff walking past and having smoke breaks outside 24/7 causing a huge amount of noise with slamming doors etc. The staff was nice however a few members made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall I am extremely unhappy with this stay. I don't have that much money anyways so to have spent my money on a hotel that I think was not worth the money was extremely disappointing and made the whole experience not as nice. I was charged an extra 70 something pound when leaving the hotel for tax fees. When checking out I was not asked how my stay was and I'm not a very confrontational person so I didn't want to cause an issue as the receptionist was being kind. I kindly request that I get reimbursed for a percentage of the room and the amenities that were insufficent. I very much enjoy booking with hotels.com and believe this is not by any fault of the company's but alone the hotel is at fault. Many thanks, Jade Harris
