Hotel Reservation / by using amoma.com, my reservation is granted

I made a booking reservation more than month ago (May 6, 2018) & I keep tacking with your staff to provide me numeric confirmation number but they keep reply that my booking in confirmed and don't worry & before 3 days back they send me email the suppliers cannot provide you this hotel and you should choose the alternative accommodation (which not the same quality of my first choice) others wise you can cancel your reservation & take your money back, it means if I want to make new booking current dated I will pay triple rate which my reservation due on June 14, 2018.
I send many emails to take an urgent action & am intresting to share my experience with any manager in Amoma.com As I recommend to use this website for my booking & my friend booking as well as Amoma very Famous website for hotel reservation.
Please advice.
