Hotel Punta Chiarito Resort review: rude staff and failure to provide basics like an iron 1

Hi
I have just travelled all the way from the UK with a suitcase of clothing creased to the hilt that needs ironing so I asked the lady at reception for an iron. She said they do not provide this. I could not quite believe what I was hearing so thought I had misheard her so requested it again and met with the same response! She was very rude and said you have to wash your clothes and wear them as they are!is she living in prehistoric times! I need this sorting out now. This has already ruined my holiday and it has barely started! Can somebody urgently speak to them so that I am supplied with an iron! The room is 211 and is pretty awful as the description advertised is misleading as we do not get a clear view at all of the sea!
