Hotel-Guides.us / Bad service
We recently used this site to book a reservation for a two-night stay over the Christmas holiday. When we got to the Hilton property, there was no reservation to be found and it took over an hour to get the issue resolved. Luckily the hotel clerk was willing to fight with them to force them to send immediate payment for the room. They claim to be a subsidiary of travelocity but don't fall for it! Every time we called (about 5 times total), we got a different representative and had to start over.
