Hotel boooking / Booking not confirmed

Hi Team, This is regarding a booking which was made through Yatra & the booking which stated confirmed was at all not confirmed, my guest tried fighting with the hotel as the payment was taken for the booking and also we truied calling yatra.com to confirm the booking but earlier a very bad customer service then no response customer service agent spoked that booking are confirmed we will call you but finally received a mail from them around 4:00 Pm on the date when guest had to check in in the hotel that they where not able to confirm, guest literally shouted on us & as he was a sr management guy who give us a lot of buisness but this type of service was not expected from Yatra, I will definately no go & book any hotel from you guys coming forward. i had asked the agents to escalate the same to the higher management and had asked them to convey the same to the Manager and was expecting a response from them, but Yatra seriously they are the worst company i have been dealing with, because of the company i had to ask the guest to stay in any hotel he wants which he can claim back by our company. i waisted my time by doing regular follow up with the hotel, Yatra but EOD i was the person who suffered. I would appreciate if some one from management at least go through this case if they are serious about there feedback they can not compensate my money and my time but i would definitely like to meet them in court as they have hurt-ed my dignity.
