Contacted on Instagram. Ordered a product going on 3 months ago. Not once have I been provided shipping, but after complaining to them I have however been told 3 times that the product is being resent. Filed with BBB and credit card because they are refusing a refund. My next stop will be their local fraud dept along with the police. This company is a SCAM.
brand ambassador
Was contacted through Instagram to become a brand ambassador for their company. I Purchased this sunglasses that I chose as they were offering a 50% discount. I was asked to submit a picture and tag them and offer my followers a 20% off discount. The sunglasses took quite a while to reach me and they did not come from Miami they came from China. The glasses were no where near the look of the ones I chose and paid $27 for. They looked like cheap dollar store glasses that I refuse to promote to my followers unfairly. A total scam
no response for a refund
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from the company over two months ago and I have not received my parcel. When I look up the tracking information I just get a tracking error. I have tried contacting the company through several different social media platforms and I either get ignored or I get told I can become an affiliate. I am trying to get a refund for my item.
