Hot Drink Capuccino / Your new formula tastes terrible

I actually liked the Cappuccino I had purchased at the beginning of my program. So when I ran out, I purchased 2 boxes of the Cappuccino, not knowing the formula had changed. The new product doesn't dissolve completely, and it is now thick. I called them today to tell them how much I disliked the new product and told her I wanted to exchange the other box for something else. I was told they could not exchange the product, even though I had wasted $34.00 for 2 boxes. I have tried it twice, and have thrown them both down the drain. That is simply rather stupid. Now I an stuck with the produce and was told to mix it with Ice and a pudding and it would taste better. That means I have to spend another $17 if I want to do that, which I do not. I have spent so much money in joining, I feel like I HAVE to continue.
