HostLane / Poor customer service - no resolution for multiple problems

I've been hosting with hostlane for about 5 years. For the first 4, they were great. If I had a problem, which rarely happened, I'd call them and they would fix it. Then they outsourced their tech support to India. For the past year, NONE of my problems have been resolved. I've called them about scripts that suddenly stop working on my site and the invariable response is that my code must be faulty, when nothing in the code has changed. The language barrier is impossible - I feel that half the time the support tech doesn't even understand my question, and getting a pat response from a corporate handbook is not the same as receiving capable help from people familiar with the hosting environment. I finally gave up and switched to Verio. I no longer deal with any company with Indian tech support. I don't want to be prejudiced, but I need solutions to my problems, and I'm just not getting them.
