We ordered multiple accounts in February and have still failed to receive static ip address for those accounts.

The static ip addresses were not ordered with the accounts - as implied in this post - but were ordered months after. All static ip addresses have been sent for the appropriate accounts- save 8 for which we are waiting on from ARIN.net - as they require justification.

Further - This particular post is made by a consultant, not the end user, in which many of his referred accounts are under question for authenticity by our company's Fraud Prevention Group.

That is wrong, the ips were orders with an online process and the client was never informed that you never intended to fill any of their ip orders. Even going through the proper channels it does not take three months to order ips. It is terrible cusotmer service to take a clients money up front and not deliver the goods and never tell the client about the issues.
